Quiet, comfortable and very conveniently located, Interno 26 is the perfect choice for your stay in Bologna, be it for leisure or for work.
Interno 26 is a brand new studio in the heart of Bologna, set in a Rationalist period building from the Thirties. Cosy and airy, simply and tastefully decorated, the studio overlooks a wide internal court and it's therefore very quiet and bright.
Interno 26 can accomodate two people (double or twin beds), and children are welcome. We can provide a foldable baby bed or a mattress, a high chair, a stroller and children's tableware. You'll find two large public parks nearby, with playgrounds.
The kitchen, separated by a door from the bedroom/living area, is completely equipped with kitchenware and crockery, electric glass hob, microwave oven and fridge. Enjoy your meals at the table in the bright kitchen, flooded with light from the huge window.
The full bathroom with window has shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The location of Interno 26 is excellent: in dowtown Bologna, only 5 minutes on foot to the railway station and 25' by bus to the airport. With a pleasant 15' stroll through the old town you'll reach Piazza Maggiore, and literally round the corner you'll find the bus stops of all the main lines. If you'here for work, you will get to the Fiera just with a 15 minutes bus ride (lines 35 and 38 every 5' from Amendola stop), keeping the advantages of staying in the center. All the main city attractions can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by bus.
The neighborhood is lively, safe and well-served. With its late XIX-early XX century architecture, it is a relatively modern area in the heart of the Medieval town of Bologna, and in recent years was redeveloped thanks to the creation of the "Manifattura delle Arti", an area close to the apartment, devoted to cultural venues such as the MamBO - Museum of Contemporary Arts and the Cineteca (with two cinema theatres featuring art films and movies in original language). In the same place, on Saturday, takes place the renown Mercato della Terra, a market for locally grown produce, with tastings of food and wine. Friday and Saturday in the nearby Piazza VII Agosto you'll find the traditional and popular "Piazzola" market, for new and vintage clothes.
In the neighborhood you will find plenty of shopping opportunities and all the necessary services: markets and supermarkets, groceries, bakeries, bar, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias, chemist's, laundry, cinemas, theatres, post office, public parks, gym (with squash courts), parkings and garages.

Francesco's Studio is a beautiful and functional space in the centre of Bologna. A short walk to all the different areas in the historical centre, and also close to the train station for trips to all the fantastic places near Bologna. The apartment is very well equipped, nicely decorated, quiet, and in a wonderful 1930's building. Francesco and his wife are lovely, speak excellent English and helped us out with recommendations and anything we needed in the Studio. We strongly recommend it for anybody visiting Bologna.
Fantastic location for a start, place was brand new and we were very lucky indeed to be Francesco's first guests.
