A spacious, bright, light and tranquil penthouse flat (4th floor) in character-filled deco mansion block set in Westminster - the borough in the heart of central London.
A charming top floor flat with wooden floors in hallway/large dining area and sunny reception room.
Two double bedrooms and two stone-tiled bathrooms, on ensuite shower room and WC and a separate bathroom room with shower-head over bath and WC.
The living space boasts large plasma screen, big leather sofa and huge, comfy leather chair and attractive wooden chairs and dining table in the hallway where there is also a coat rack.
The windows are double-glazed and face out on a corner of two sides of the reception room.
Kitchen fitted with double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and gas cooking hob. Central heating throughout.
The kitchen and second bedroom have views of Westminster Abbey and The London Eye.
Close to local amenities and supermarkets and a three minute walk to Pimlico tube on the fast Victoria Line which runs through London via Green Park up to Kings Cross, St James Park, Vauxhall tube and Victoria station which operates the Gatwick Express.

It is a pity but we did not have the chance to meet Manthe on person, as she sent us different persons for both arrivals and departure from the London´s apartment.
As for the facilities, the apartment is as big as expected, but did not fulfill all our expectations since there were several issues with the apartment:
Since we were renting a two rooms apartment, we asked for extra keys that were not provided. One of the bathrooms did not work, so had to use just the one in the main room. There were several left overs on the fridge, as expired cheese that smelt really bad, plus some towels from previous guest were not taken away, so in a way we were disappointed and just figured out that this is a full time renting apartment and not being well take care of. Also the cleaning of the bathrooms plus the carpets were below the standard.
Although this apartment is on the 4th floor, with is no lift, it is well worth the effort. It's not the quietest location however you will have no problem sleeping as its a large airy, well equipped and comfortable place which has fantastic transport links. Manthe is lovely, has excellant arrangements in place to meet and greet her guests and very accomodating to their needs.
Manthe was a very helpful host. The apartment was very nice and conveniently located near attractions in London. Thank you for a great stay.
You can say it's one bathroom because in the other one it isn't really possible to take a shower because of the construction. The water wasn't hot so that's not the best way to end a hard day of business. Anyway I think it's not a bad choice for tourists!
