At Oasis, we try to foster goodwill both to our guests and to the host community as well and we try to rectify things as fast as when we hear it and would even go for miles just to make sure that we provide an exemplary service. I do not deny your feelings about how a specific staff treated you, I however discussed it with her and she was visibly shaken by your words. Though her English is not the best, she is a hard worker and had never ever had a single problem with her. She was very saddened by your comment but that was not her intent and I doubt very much that it is. Still, we truly regret your negative experience. As for the credit card payment, that all belongs to me and me alone. The staff may have forgotten to tell you that policy at the check in, still I bear responsibility to that. Generally, many of our guests that wanted to pay by credit card just pay it via (Hidden by Airbnb) . My staff forgot to give you that option. It is a work in progress and we will get better at it. As for the massage, we often tell our guests to book it in advance because of the number of guests that are lining up for it.
