Located at Southport beach on Westport Line, this recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment totally private located above the garage and includes a full kitchen with new appliance and W/D and central air. Bdrm with queen, fine cotton sheets and towels, marble bath open living room w views.

The space
This rental is an excellent alternative to hotel suite with full kitchen and private outside area with grill and outdoor shower. Furnished with bikes and everything you need for the beach, Egyptian cotton sheets, wifi and flatscreen TV, you will be in luxury on a private estate.

Guest access
Guests will have access to beach chairs and towels, coolers and bicycles. There is a private outdoor grill area and private off-street parking. We will also provide an air mattress should you need one.

Other things to note
Walking score 100. Close to downtown Southport and train station, 2 minutes to beach. Close to Fairfield University and Sacred Heart, downtown Fairfield and Westport by car. Very convenient to everything Fairfield and Westport have to offer.
