As a beachfront property in the Florida Keys, our shoreline is subject to seasonal Sargassum seaweed, which naturally comes and goes with the tides and winds. When present, our team removes seaweed as needed and grooms the upland beach areas daily for your enjoyment.

The flats and water in front of the property remain accessible via a ladder off our dock, allowing guests to enjoy the ocean without entering through any seaweed that may be present.

Access to kayaks and paddle boards is included in your rate.
Aquabanas, kiteboarding, sailing, efoiling, and bikes available for additional fees.

All watersports are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Please note: Our dock is for observation purposes only. We cannot accommodate boat parking due to the shallow water.
