Stunning Large 2 Bed apartment in the London Docklands with Views of the Thames River, Thames Barrier Park and close to Canary Wharf. The apartment is on the 3rd floor overlooking the river, has two balconies, spacious living room with all mod cons.
The station is outside with direct trains to Stratford (15mins), Greenwich (15mins) and Excel Centre (10 min walk) and O2 Arena and Canary Wharf are 10mins). 15 Mins to Central London.
The apartment is ideal if you are working at the excel conference centre or attending an event at the O2 area. See the reviews.

About a 5/10 min walk away from the flat is Royal Docs - there are a number of restaurants are bars there - including a barge pub - which overlooks the wake boarding centre- theres are a number of restaurants including a Thai, Caribbean, Japanese and Italian.
The Emirates air line is also located at Royal Docs, this cable car takes you across the river, not only great views but takes you directly to the O2 Arena - with its many attractions.

If you get the tube to Canary Wharf (10mins) - there are loads of shops/ restaurants there and always have something going on.

Please no smoking indoors, but fine on the balconies. Pets allowed, provided they don't eat anything :) No loud music after 11pm and please be thoughtful of and courteous to my neighbours. No parking in the spaces with numbers but No restrictions on parking otherwise. Help yourself to the complementary tea/coffee etc.. but most importantly please Feel at home!
Thank you for being such a kind and wonderful host. We felt at home for the five days we stayed here and really enjoyed that you were there for us all the time via SMS. We got all our questions answered and were able to use lot of the equipment in the apartment. All in all the flat and host surpassed our expectations. Thank you so much and we may se each other again one day. :)
Lovely little apartment perfect for a few days stay. We had a conference at the ExCel & it was just a short walk away. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need & the beds were very comfy. It is noisy early in the morning from aircraft & construction work however if you're up before 7am it won't affect you.
First of all it should be said that all the communication we had with the owner was handled very quickly and efficiently which was appreciated. The Apartment was described well and served our purpose as we were attending a trade show.
We were lucky enough that our host met us at Heathrow Airport to give us the keys to her their flat for our 2-week London stay. We got answers to our questions about places to grocery shop which taxi services they recommend we use.
The flat was exactly like it appeared in the pictures. We had a nice view of the Thames River from the flat, and there was a constant gentle breeze which kept our flat very comfortable during our stay.
The neighbor was very nice and it was a rather short walk from the flat to the nearest London Docklands Light Rail station and a London public transportation bus station.
We enjoyed out stay at Paul's flat and would book another stay in that flat without hesitation!!
waiting for 4 hrs until midnight for a taxi with spare key for the flat only, not main building, access to the main building only at the mercy of other tenants, Flat information pack never mentioned concierge open closing hrs for keys and access, had to pay £40 for the taxi, 1 month later still not re-reimbursed, owners are both frequently overseas does not help communications. Flat was good, clean, no problems
We were in London as exhibitors during the World Travel Market. Nothing could be more convenient than staying within walking distance of the Excel. The DLR has a stop at Pontoon Dock, conveniently a few minutes walking from the apartment, connecting this area with central London. The apartment was clean, had nice views of the river Thames and a fast speed broadband internet connection. Paul, our host was very helpful and I can therefore recommend this apartment.
Thanks Paul for the convenient and comfy flat that made our conference at the Excel a nice and easy stay. The immediate and uncomplicated reaction on unforseen events such as a day off of the concierge was a big help especially for our late arrival. I can only recommend this flat.
