I love and respect my home and neighbours and just ask that you do the same.
Strictly no smoking.
Thank you Howard for doing such a good job staying in touch with me before and during my stay in London. I appreciated the time you took to get me acquainted with the neighborhood and for sharing some ideas on how to spend my free time while there. The apartment was quite nice and perfect for my stay - the unit was as described and I liked the "artsy" aesthetic. For those interested, this apartment is in the Barbican neighborhood which is two tube stops from the Financial District - 3 from Tower Bridge. I found it to be centrally located and easy to get around. The Barbican itself is a bit quiet with a few local restaurants and pubs and very little in terms of tourism and attractions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
Howard's apartment was very nice and comfortable. It is beautiful and very clean. It was much more convenient and enjoyable than staying in a hotel. Howard was a great host and answered emails very quickly.
I am very happy staying in howard's apartment so this was my second time.
The location is fantastic being close to lots of cool bars and restaurants as well as Shoreditch which has fantastic shops for Menswear, There really is no need to go into the centre.

The flat we rented from Howard is beautiful, everything works very well, and it has underfloor heating- amazing! Howard is the nicest man, he was very easy going, and even agreed last minute to extend our lease for 1 week.
I recommend him and his apartment, 100%!
Howard's apartment is a hidden gem!
I would thoroughly recommend staying here as the apartment itself has been beautifully furnished throughout and the location is fantastic, really in the heart of London with wonderful bars and restaurants in the close-by vicinity.
Before arriving at the apartment, you walk past a pretty oasis of flowers in the corridors - a lovely welcome and Howard was the perfect host ensuring that I had everything that I needed for a great stay))
