This gives a unique and memorable experience to all the guest especially the airplane spotters. You are within walking distance to all the action and happening that makes Sint Maarten unforgettable.

The space
This two floor apartment has a large private terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest room has two single beds. Each bedroom has a large closet, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have a private full bath and all necessary linens and towels. Downstairs are the kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave and all the necessary pans, pods and amenities.

Guest access
Guests have unrestricted access to the apartment, their private terrace and the common patios and the lounge area over looking the airport runway. Free parking in front of the apartment complex.
