You're bedroom has its very own bathroom with a new power shower and, I will provide fresh linen and towels and a lot of warmth!
Shama is a fun, gracious and fantastic host, and I can give her - and her apartment - my highest recommendation and endorsement. The location is perfect - across the street from a major tube station, with access to downtown London in just a few minutes - and having access to the pool and athletic facilities in her apt complex was invaluable.
Shama is a wonderful host, located in a super-convenient part of London. (Not too busy, not too quiet - Goldilocks land. )
She's warm, smart, funny, and very welcoming. I had a lovely time getting to know her and her boyfriend. I love music, and it was nice to be able to sit and chat music with both of them. We were each in and out all week, so didn't get to see as much of each other as we might have liked, but I truly had a good time staying here.
The bedroom is relatively spare, but comfortable, with a nice amount of light all day long. The bed, proper, slept me perfectly fine for the week that I was in it. Kitchen is modest but quite usable, and the best part is shopping for groceries was a 3 minute walk from her front door (nice!).
Summary: If you are looking for basic comfort, with high convenience and really interesting, creative people; then by all means - stay with Shama. I know that I will be back!
Shana was a very welcoming host. The location is great for getting into central london quickly.
It has been awesome to stay with shama.
she's a lovely girl, her apartment is great and very well located.
we ended up as friends. for that reason, i decided to stay at her place for a whole year, hence why her last reservation was cancelled.
The reservation was canceled 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
About the Host, Shama
I am a PhD student of where music, neuroscience and physics meet by investigating the neuroscience of musical creativity. I am also a musician/actor and as such there are lots of musical instruments around the flat that you are welcome to play including a stand-up Rogers piano and 3 sitars! I am a voracious reader and really enjoy live music gigs and an avid-cinema and theatre lover. I always wanted to have the word Explorer after my name and as such have had a few adventurous travelling escapades so am very curious about diverse people and cultures. Love having a lively natter and an amble down to Borough Market!
