This is an incredible place to stay. Beautiful apartment, awesome neighbourhood, directly across the street from one of Seattle's finest restaurants, walking distance to the ballpark. Also, Eric was a welcoming host who made me feel quite welcome and we even sat and had a drink upon my arrival.
Erik's place was everything we'd hoped for and then some. First of all, Erik was very easy to work with and exceptionally accommodating and professional. He really made us feel welcome and at home (away from home). Secondly, his place is gorgeous! Fantastic, huge windows really show off the soft Seattle light. The space is modern with loads of character. Easy walking distance to a number of attractions and food options. I would recommend Eriks' place without hesitation. Thanks for the great stay Erik!
The wife and I are originally from Seattle and recently moved down to Portland. We wanted to celebrate her birthday in Seattle and we knew we wanted to stay in the Sodo area. Eriks place was the perfect spot. We didn't bring a car with us which worked out great. We walked to Pikes place market the first night and got some fresh meat and vegetables for a delicious dinner. A great meal matched with the stunning city views out of the floor to ceiling windows was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Erik was nothing but generous with us and his space.
Eriks place was really nice; clean comfortable and included everything that we needed. There was even a bar and an xbob with games and Netflix. The apartment was centrally located, we were able to walk everywhere in the city that we wanted to go. And we were really close to CenturyLink Field. It's close to a fairly busy road, so there is some noise at night but nothing that we couldn't sleep through. All in all, a hospitable host and beautiful apartment.
Amazing space in a great location. And Erik is the man. Definitely recommend.
