Idyllic, stone cabin with all the modern amenities located in the heart of Boulder, Colorado with views of the Rocky Mountain front-range. This home is walkable to the famous Pearl Street food and shopping experience, renowned hiking and biking trails, and the University of Colorado Boulder. This cabin is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood that is dog and pedestrian friendly.

The space
Fully furnished cabin boasts original stone walls and wood ceilings with all updated amenities. This is a ground floor duplex unit 1. 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 generously sized bathroom. Full kitchen is a cook's dream with gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, wine rack and pantry. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining materials. The spacious living room is bathed in light. Enjoy the sunrise views. There is also dedicated work from home space with 1G high-speed internet, monitor and printer, an eat-in kitchen, and a private patio with views of the mountains. Other amenities include 65-inch TV, YouTube TV, games, weights and yoga mat.

Guest access
Home has private entrance, dedicated patio and free street parking. There is loading and unloading allowed at door. Keypad entry is provided for convenience. Beautiful gardens and shared first floor outdoor walkways can be enjoyed by guests. There are steps to access the property and space to store bikes. For any rental request over 2 months please contact the owner directly. The license allows for 4 unrelated guests but can sleep up to 6 family members.
