Carol and Keith are the best hosts one can wish for. We spent 3.5 month at their atelier and had an amazing time. The rooms have very tasteful decoration and in the kitchen you find everything you need for cooking. The garden and the pool are beautiful and you are allowed to use them any time. Also Carol and Keith are always very friendly and will give good recommendations for things to do and places to go. We especially enjoyed the glasses of wine and the conversations we had on their terrace. Thank you both so much for the wonderful time in Durban. Julia and Teresa

Carol and Keith have been most welcoming and made our stay in Durban highly enjoyable! The premises have been in great shape and very comfortable, and both of them went out of their way to accommodate for any needs. Furthermore, Keith has been providing us with great insider tips of the area - so do take his advice :)
Carol and Keith were the most welcoming hosts, we felt at home straightaway. They had a lot of great tips about what to do and where to go in the city.
The cottage is spacious, secure and very well located. We enjoyed our stay immensely and have very fond memories of our time in Durban.
Thanks Carol and Keith!
Carol was simply fantastic. We were welcomed with strawberries and chocolate cup cakes on the kitchen table and a generally warm and beautiful home. Will definitely make a return visit when next in Durban.
Carol and her husband Keith were fabulous hosts - their self contained unit was perfectly appointed with some lovely extra touches and super clean and with everything I needed. Centrally located and easy access to Convention Centre. Will happily recommend a stay with this delightful couple who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home!
I spend three wonderful days in Carols cottage with my fiancé. It has been the nicest place we experienced with airbnb.
The place is elegant, clean and cosy with all facilities; this area nice, safe and central. I highly recommend it and would have great pleasure to come back. Thank you very much.

I am an art curator working in South Africa and internationally. My husband Keith and I enjoy hosting people and therefore find airbnb a great occupation. We have a house which is over a hundred years old which we have modernized over the years. The self catering apartments are all in our tropical garden and guests enjoy the peace and calm whilst being close to the city. We have always and still travel extensively with Paris being a favorite destination. We also collect art which enhances our environment.
