The house is located in a quite and residencial area of Cancun, the arquitectur was very much in in the 80/90s with a dome on the top of the house , the room is clean and cozy, in is simplicity, a ceiling fan and a big window with soft day lite.

Giovanni was available and welcoming when I arrived. He is accommodating to a point of "care-taking," providing dinners, outings, breakfasts, etc. The room was clean and organized. His place is near a convenient store and in walking distance to an outdoor cafe, parks, etc.

I loved this place, excellent location and Giovanni was very helpful... Sharing restaurant options, places to visit, and the best way to get around. Had the pleasure to taste his awesome cooking skills as well! Highly recommended and for sure coming back!
