Very quiet, family oriented neighborhood with green belt in front of the unit. Great for kids that want to run and play in the grass. Most of the units are family owned, not rentals.

During your stay

Can be available if needed, but very little interaction unless desired by the guest. I don't live in the area, but do come in once a week to work and also to take care of the condo. When I am not in town, I have responsible friends that help me out.
