About this listing
Large flat in a 50s building with lots of sunlight.
Walking distance to great places downtown.
Easy transportation to any part of the city.
Pool in the building.
Big apartment in a historical building designed by one of the most famous Brazilian architects, João Artacho. At the top of the building you will have a unique view of the town which you can enjoy by the pool.
Because this is a building from the 50s, the apartment is large and we have a lot of space. There are huge windows with a great view to other historical buildings and to the small park just in front of us. We just hanged a net in front of the window to better enjoy it. :)
I am sure you will like it.
You can use the kitchen, including all dishes, cutlery etc. as long as you keep the order.
The washing machine is also at your disposal.
The building has a pool with 360 view on the roof which you can enjoy.
Feel right at home in the living room, watch the old TV and use the wifi.
Interaction with Guests
I share this 3-bedroom apartment with one more person and we know the town very well. I write a blog about things to do in São Paulo and will be glad to help you out with anything you need.
Privileged location: you can walk to many of the most important touristic points, restaurants, pubs and clubs of São Paulo. This is the place to be if you want to see a lot of the city in a short period of time. We are near malls, theatres, parks and the municipal public library. On weekends people go to a park nearby to sell homemade food, clothes and accessories and play music.
On weekends there are two restaurants in the park in front of the building that play live Samba music. Locals go there to eat, dance and have fun.
You can have all the public transportation you want. We are two blocks away from the subway (yellow and red lines), buses that go all around the city pass nearby and there is a cab point just outside the building.
If you need to get to USP University, this is the right place for you! There is easy transportation available to any of the campuses.
Smoke: only at the living room window.
Dishes: you can cook, but you must never leave dirty dishes.
If you break something, you must pay for it.
Please let me know in advance when you plan to bring friends over.
All your belongings must stay in your bedroom.
No loud noise after 10pm on work nights.
Please bring a copy of your passport.
