We had another great stay at Ryan's house. The home is beautiful and has everything one would need for a very comfortable stay. The location is also convenient and easy to get around. My family loves staying here. We are definitely looking forward to staying there again next year when the Yavapai Cup comes around.
Beautiful home with lots of extra benefits I didn't appreciate until I saw them. Such as the amazing play room, with just the right toys set out for the 4 and year olds as well as the two babies. The outside play area was perfect - cool and clean astroturf for the babies to crawl on. And the 4th of July fireworks were spectacular from the large balcony.
We had a great stay at the home in AZ. Our host was great, house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Nice location and neighborhood.
First let me say that the home is absolutely amazing, it has every feature you need and can think of as well as Prong Horn roaming in the fields behind the house. Ryan made our transition into the home seamless, he is a very gracious and accommodating host. We hope to be back next year and to use Ryan's home as our home on vacation.
Ryan was an outstanding host. The house was everything he said it was and much more. This house is great for families with children of all ages. I even brought my elderly parents with us and everything they needed was accessible to them on the main level. My whole family had a great time staying here. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home with us.
I can already tell that 500 words will not be enough to express my gratitude nor to describe our experience with the Gerstmann's. With my son having the opportunity to wrestle in the State Championships which were held in Prescott Valley, I wanted to make the entire experience a memorable one and stumbling upon the Gerstmann's home on Airbnb helped make it so. To say that their home is nice or accommodating would be a complete understatement, saying that it is better than staying at a resort would be more accurate of a statement. I can tell you that I strongly believe that there are no better accommodations in Prescott Valley than the Gerstmann's home, period! I set up a time with Ryan to meet that was between matches and when we met with Ryan and his wife they were so pleasant. Ryan gave us a tour of the home, showing us the game room, explained how the jacuzzi worked, told us that the zipline would not hold my 195 lb 17 year old son LOL, but most importantly explained the operation of the coffee machine. Their house was impeccably clean, there were clean towels for showering and beach towels for after using the Jacuzzi which was all ready for us to use. The house has clear views of the rolling hills and is set far enough away from town to give the feel of being in the country while being close enough to prescott main to enjoy dinner each night that we stayed. I fully recommend you take the drive to the house through granite dells if you are coming from town, the drive is scenic and relaxing. We had a wonderful time while there, and it was a complete treat to come home to such a beautiful place each night. We had great games of pool and I personally enjoyed my son and uncle have battles over the fuzeball table, remember my son is a wrestler and my uncle an ex-wrestler so the games got to be very exciting. There are multiple TV's, the living quarters are so comfortable, there is an outdoor firepit, the beds are comfortable, an upstairs porch, the showers are first rate with travertine tile throughout, wireless internet, spacious bedrooms, and did I mention how impeccably clean their house is. This home could easily accommodate 4 adult couples for a getaway, or couples with kids, the kids would love you for it. Their home is so beautiful and it wasn't until we left that I truly understood how fortunate I was that they opened their house to me and my family, how the pictures do not do the house justice, and how sometimes in life you get more than what you pay for. Ryan, I will always remember the weekend my son wrestled in the State Tournament and what you did for me and you know what I mean, I'll see you next year when Jack is a Senior and wins it!
