The apartment has been redocareted. New pictures coming up!
This light and cozy 3-room 67 m2 apartment is situated in the trendy Vesterbro area within 5 minutes walk to Copenhagen Central Station, the city lakes, the waterfront or Tivoli.
Across the street you find the "meatpacking district" one of Copenhagen's most popular cultural venues with galleries, restaurants, and nightlife.
Close by you can find shopping, ATM, pharmacies and 24-hour kiosks.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room and an office/lounge. The living room has a daybed, and the apartment has an extra air mattress enabling it to accommodate four persons. It's perfect for a family of four, or two couples. There is a nice small bathroom with a shower as well as a nice kitchen with a freezer and a large fridge.
During weekdays there might be some noise due to the metro-depot close to the apartment.
Free Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, clean bed-linen.
The apartment has just been renovated, so new photos will be uploaded soon.
Please note - there is not a TV, although it features on some pictures. I haven't had a TV for some time.
Please contact me for any questions, suggestions or comments you might have.
No-smoking in the apartment, feel free to use kitchen, and whatever is in it (Olive oil, spices etc..)
The floor has just been redone - so please take extra care if you spill anything etc... The proper cleaning oil can be found in the apartment, so just clean any stains straightaway, and there shouldn't be any problems.
Please do not dye your hair while staying in the apartment. I recently had a visitor dyeing her hair pink, and I've spent months trying to get rid of the stains - if possible leave that for the hairdresser :-)
Don't make to much noise after 10 pm during weekdays and after midnight at the weekends.
The courtyard that accompanies the apartment is free to use, as well as chairs, grills in it.
Thomas is a really nice host and it was really easy to communicate with him.
The apartment was clean, cosy, bright and really well situated : just in front of the meat-packing district with a lot of nice restaurants, clubs and bars (no need to take a taxi at night) and really close to the city center (10 minute walking).
Nevertheless, we were 4 and I really think that this flat is better just for a couple because there is just one big bed and the other couchs are not really comfortable.
Moreover, there is no shutter on the windows (but I think it's the way it is in every flat in CPH). It wasn't an issue for us, but if you like sleeping in dark, this flat is not for you.
However, we spent a really nice time in Thomas's apartment.
Thank you Thomas :)
We had a very nice stay at this apartment. its clean, warm, with a nice woden floor. We could walk easely to the center of the city, and around are full of very nice restaurants. No TV but an amazing library with lots of interesting books to read. Will come back for sure !
Thomas was very friendly and easy to deal with. He responded quickly to all messages and was very helpful with advice and tips. Highly recommended.
The apartment is in a good position, near Copenhagen central station. There is a supermarket on the other side of the street and there is more than a restaurant among which choose for dinner. The house is warm and confortable, in one room there is a double bed and in the other there is a double air mattress.
Good relation between price and quality, recommended
The stay at Thomas' apt was fantastic. It is very close to a lot of great neighborhoods and restaurants/bars right across the street. We rented bikes 2 blocks away and had the whole city at our disposal. The apt itself is very spacious and clean. Highly recommend for people visiting Copenhagen.
We really enjoyed staying in Thomas his apartment, in the heart of the trendy Vesterbro area. It is spacious and has some nice Scandinavian style furniture and a well equiped kitchen. Besides it's within walking distance of the city centre.
Thomas was really helpful, easygoing and he gave us some good advice on where to go.
Hi! My name is Thomas!
I'm a political consultant living on my own in the best part of Copenhagen - Vesterbro. I've been living here for almost ten years and I've seen my neighborhood evolve to something better every year. I do travel a lot, so please feel free to contact my about my apartment.
And BTW - I love Arsenal FC, so every opportunity of travelling to London for a game is taken.
