Our stay at Aki House was lovely and quiet. It was a ten minute walk from house to subway into main Kyoto Station. Home was very clean and easy to maneuver. We left luggage downstairs instead of navigating the steep steps. All and all a great place to stay.

Great place, very spacious. Ryan went out of his way helping us to book a taxi for leaving to the train station during the busy August holiday week. We really appreciate that!
