Laura made herself available during my entire stay and the place was beautiful. Best location in the city :)
We stayed at Laura's studio for 5 days and loved every minute. I think we chose the best street in NYC, charming, great cafe, bars, restaurants, grocery store and laundry all within 5 minute walk. Laura was fast to respond from the initial enquiry and very accommodating for our check in/out times.
The bed was the most comfortable we had on our 3 week trip and the shower was awesome after horrible water pressure in previous hotels. Great lighting for makeup, full length mirror and an iron made me happy. Cold beer on arrival made Frank happy.
We would love to have stayed longer and would definitely stay again on our next trip to NYC.
Thanks Laura for sharing your fantastic home and neighbourhood with us.

Laura was a great host and the location was perfect.
Laura's apartment was an absolute dream to stay in! You're not just renting a beautifully designed space but also one of the best places to "stoop" in the west village. If you don't know the value of having a wonderful set of stairs to drink your morning coffee and watch the people go by, you surly will by the end of your stay. I rented this apartment for 5 weeks and I fell so in love with New York that I decided to rent on a permanent basis for an entire year! Obviously, this will not be the average airbnb experience but it just goes to show what a lovely time I had here. The neighbours were incredibly helpful during my stay and the apartment was handed over clean and tidy. The space isn't the largest of spaces but I had everything I needed and found it very easy to cook in her kitchen and work from the the living area. I can honestly say that he shower has the best water pressure I've experienced in years! I made many friends here and the location is perfect for commuting to anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Beautiful design and perfect location. I will definitely be visiting again soon! :)
Erin, the neighbors loved having you and I am SO jealous they got to enjoy your music. Please, please come by as soon as you are back and jam out on the stoop with us! I met a music video producer while in Stockholm and he is coming to NYC to stay with me in the fall and I have dreams of you two making a music video on the stoop! Let's discuss over some Pimm's cups! See you soon, Laura
The apartment is in perfect location, you can walk everywhere from there. It has got everything you need but it is noisy at night. Laura is a very good host, she let us leave our bags until late in the evening. We couldn't ask for anything more.
Fantastic location in close proximity to all the major attractions plus the best restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Laura was a superb host offering us local tips and making herself available Pre and during our stay. The only negative was that being on the street and across the road from a bar, it was extremely noisy on the weekend nights.

Laura was nice and helpful. The apartment was in a great location and had all we could have wanted. Much better than staying at a hotel - makes the trip feel more intimate and enjoyable.
Laura was great, so friendly and helpful, a wonderful host! The apartment was just what we needed, cozy and a brilliant location. The only downside, as Laura says in her description, is that it's a bit noisy! There's no double glazing so earplugs are recommended! Overall, a fantastic stay.
