  • Sabrina is a great communicator and responds promptly to your needs. As far as her Caller de la Cera 18 apartment is concerned the only great thing about it is its location. The wifi that was stated was at the apartment is actually located in the bar across the street we were just able to access it because we had the password. So the signal was horrible resulted in me dropping a signal when I was booking a flight to Paris and their for accidentally made two reservations and was double charged. The rooms in the apartment were decent size and as described. However the restroom and kitchen where another story. My friends and I were excited to cook however the kitchen was infested with roaches. I don't know if that was due to the hot weather or if that was how the apartment was. The roaches would come out at night time and in the evening and scatter across the counter tables. Most them would live under the dish matte and other kitchen appliances. The bathroom had an average size shower and that did not concern me as much as did the roaches. Again in the bathroom the roaches made a home for themselves. I think what was most disappointing about the experience was that for as great of a communicator as Sabrina was she did not meet us at the apartment. She had someone else that supposedly works for her meet us in the apartment and give us keys. That person seemed like a middle man. It appears as if she has several locations and she lives in one location and just communicates with you remotely and then has someone else do the hard work. All an all my friends and I spent most of the time outside of the apartment so it was bearable. AirBnB is still awesome I just would have wished Sabrina was more honest about the apartment.

    Response from Sabrina:

The experience with Berwick has been very negative for me. the guest has been from the beginning very exigent and difficult to satisfy. He pretended to have the iron and also the plug converter although they were not included into the apartment's amenities, then also was sending many messages for everything..more toilet paper, paper towels although it's a self rental apartment! Cino the person that works for me in Barcelona went to the apartment to give the iron and the ironing board, also more toilet paper, then he also went to the shop to ask for the plug converter, he stayed with them at the apartment for hours to satisfy all their requests. He lost so much time for them but no problem at all as I always try to make the best for my guest. The fact that altought after all these efforts he called Cino that is a very nice and helpful person, a “middle man” can give you an idea on how this person is. This is very offensive! Can't understad ow can he says that! I think that what is important is that the person is nice and very responsive to fix every problem could occur. He also didn't like in a very exagerate way that I couldn't meet them at the apartment, he called this as "very disappointing" Really exaggerate! I wish to have been there I'm always very happy to meet my guests but I live between Rome and Barcelona and sometimes I can't. That's why I have some persons working for me in both cities that make everything in the best way. About the roaches may be he saw one roach moved from the kitchen to the bathroom cause may be they left all the windows opened and with hot weather it can happen they get into the apartment, but he has been very exaggerate and polemical about that as with all the other things! I stayed at the apartment the week before and there were no roaches, also the guest before them did not say anything about them and as you can read she left a great review! About the internet connection it's not a secret that I have the WIFI with my friends at the bar downstairs at the street. It's not true absolutely it doesn't work well and if he made two reservations and paid twice is not a problem about the apartment's internet connection. To pay something by credit card you have to fill many codes and details and it's not possible that as for the internet connection you will be charged two times if you don't want or if you don't make a mistake! As he wrote the apartment's pictures are as the apartment really is, rooms good size, then the apartment has been totally renewed, and it's in a great location. The apartment has a very good comparation between price and quality and as the other previous nice guest review, the apartment is absolutely worth to book.

  • Sabrina's apartment was excellent. There was enough space for 5 people, and little touches like enugh plates and cooking equipment made it easy to stay there.

There was a small problem with the boiler while we were there bt Sabrina was incredibly responsive and it was fixed very quickly. This apartment is in an excellent location and I would recommend it.
