Ideal for one person or a couple, our 300 sq. ft studio apartment is nestled on the hill above our home. A separate driveway and entrance offer privacy. The space is simple, sweet and sunny. An open plan kitchenette, sitting area, queen size be and private bathroom. A small loft, with a queen size futon mattress, accessed by open ladder stairs.

Ideal for visiting galleries and the many area artists' studios or explore hiking at Mt. Mitchell, Roan Mtn, Linville Falls...2 miles from Penland

The space
The loft apartment is cozy, comfortable and charming with beautiful gardens and a private space from one or two people with 2 queen beds.

Located 2 miles from Penland School, on Penland Rd, which can be busy at times. We do not recommend as walker friendly. Being close to the road, you will hear some traffic. Shares wall with pottery studio

Access is via a steep gravel driveway (approximately 200 feet) & path with stairs leading to the deck entrance. Key pad entry
