Charming cabin nestled in the hills of NE Iowa, just south of Lansing with brand new outdoor hot tub. Only a short drive to the Mississippi River, Yellow River Forest & Effigy Mounds. Indoor wood burning stove and pool table in entertainment room. Open upper level loft area with 3 queen beds plus 2 bedrooms on main floor. 35 min drive to Prairie Du Chien, Mcgreggor and Marquette. Large patio and outdoor fire pit. Perfect for entertaining or a getaway with the family.

The space
There are 2 levels in the home.
Upstairs loft has 3 queen beds and a full bathroom.
Downstairs has 2 additional bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each , along with kitchen /dining/living room / full bathroom and pool table room.
Sleeper futon and queen sleeper couch also available in each of the living rooms.
- pets are allowed for a one time $50 pet fee per pet per stay.

-2 night min stay required for weekends up until Memorial Day weekend . From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day 3 night min stay for weekends unless nights are available in between reservations.

- there is a propane tank available at the cabin , you can fill it in town or bring your own .

-Only 4 miles away from Mississippi River and boat ramp in Lansing.
-25 miles from Pikes Peak Park
-10 miles from Yellow River Forest
-20-25 miles from Prairie du chien and Mcgreggor
-3 night minimum stay for weekends in the summer
-outdoor pool is only set up and available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. It may be set up a week before and a week after that gap, if you want to find out If pool is up for season or still up after season please message me first. The pool is not heated, but does have a solar cover on.

Other things to note
- there is a propane tank available at the cabin , you can fill it in town or bring your own .
