We ask that you not smoke in the apartment as it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment building, thank you. I would kindly ask that after 11pm to be considarate towards our hard working neighbors who are in bed by then, thank you. Lastly, if you could, it would be most appreciated if you treated my apartment as you would your own, thanks so much and enjoy the stay, Renne.
It was a wonderful experience to live in such a cozy place. Living room is like an art gallery and the bed room is quiet. Bath room is a little small and subway is a little too far but I got used to them soon. Renne is also nice person and response is quick and helpful. I'd recommend people stay here.
Apartment was clean and fully equipped, Renne was very helpful during all our stay in NY. Apartment is in Upper East Side area, very well connected with M31 bus and 4, 5, 6 Subway (10 mins from apartment). It is a very quiet area and we recommend "The Penrose" for a cocktail and some food.
My stay at Renne's place was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He helped me with my bags, made me feel right at home by accommodating every question /need I had. He was very flexible about meeting for the keys hand-offs @ start & end. He also communicates very readily & really makes sure you thoroughly enjoy your stay. I highly recommend staying here. The listing is as described. I would certainly stay here again on my next NYC trip.
Renne is a great host, he made me feel very welcomed and his lovely apartment had everything to make me feel like at home, little snacks, aromatic candles and so on..
The place is just lovely, very nicely decorated, and has all equipment that may be needed when stay here.
Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, all convenient shops and restaurants around.. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much Renne..
A very cozy and inviting apartment on a quite street greeted us upon our arrival. The apartment was clean, furnished with heathy snacks. During the day there is good indirect sunlight and the apartment is decorated in an artistic and personal way that is much better than than the photos convey. It is up three short flights of stairs, not enough to be challenging and enough to feel healthy coming and going.
Renne made every effort to be accommodating and was exceptionally so including helping us navigate the snow on the street, and the bags up the stairs.
Nice, modest apartment. Could have been cleaner. But larger than average. And the price was reasonable. Portable coat rack was a nice touch. Be prepared to walk up stairs. Would stay here again.
