Conveniently located within walking distance to four large shopping centers (Target, Stater Bros supermarket, Banks, Starbucks, and much more. Guests will have a covered parking on Kingswood lane with no additional cost.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The condo is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. All Airbnb guest are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement after booking through Airbnb.
8. Parking is limited to 1 (One) vehicle only. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
10. Swimming pool key: Guests will be given a key to access to Swimming pools. If the key is lost, guests will be charged $150 to replace it. This amount is exactly what HOA charges the owner for the new key. So, please don't lose it.
11. Contracts are written for a minimum of thirty nights to comply with local codes. Your exclusive stay is guaranteed within those days. Your liability is only for the time period of your exclusive stay. Details provided upon request.
Maison très confortable et bien équipée. Néanmoins, il faut noter le manque de vaisselle et de matériel de cuisine qui ne permet pas de se lancer dans de la trop grande cuisine.
Egalement, compte tenu de la finesse des murs, il n'est pas possible de faire quoi que ce soit de bruyant dans la maison sans déranger les voisins.
Pour le reste, jacuzzi et piscine agréable et communauté plutôt "friendly".
La position géographique est très bonne également.

It easily housed the 6 of us that needed to stay there. The beds are decent and the kitchen was fairly stocked. I do think this place is perfect for families or groups of people looking for a mellow and relaxing stay. The neighbors are noise-sensitive which is something to be mindful of.
