Hi I have a Studio fully furnished apartment for rent. in the best location. The apartment is set up like a hotel room, the only difference is there is a kichen and balcony. Walk to all the sights in the downtown core. Walk to Sainte Catherine Street, stores, museums. This is the best location if you want to explore and walk around.. Parking is included!!
If your coming from the airport, the cheapest way to get here, if you are 3 persons or less (if your 4 sharing a cab is the way to go), is the 747 bus which will leave you at Lionel Groulx metro Station. This is 5 min walk from the apartment.
Please note that I have other apartments available Downtown. All my apartments are 'Super Central Locations'. Especially if you like to walk and explore. BTW if you dont like this particular apartment or the dates are not available check out the other 4 listings I have, they may suit your needs better. To see them, just look on the right side of this page under "My Other Listings"
Please read this description it answers a lot of questions you may have.
Very clean and can accommodate 4-5 people. There are 2 Queen sized beds. I also have a queen sized air mattress, a cot, and a baby bed for toddlers which converts to a playpen (please advise in advance for any of these 3 portable beds).
If you want comfortable clean places in the center of the action were you can walk to just about any attraction in the downtown area, this is definitely for you. This is right next to Metro Lionel Groulx, in the neighborhood of St. Henri. It has become a hipster area with famous restaurants such as Joe Beef, a short walk away. Cafe Joe is right next to the apartment, they serve a great breakfast ALL DAY.
Sainte-Catherine Street ,is the primary commercial artery of Downtown Montreal. It crosses the central business district from west to east, traversing the borough of Ville-Marie, and ending on Notre-Dame Street.
The street runs parallel to the largest segments of Montreal's underground city. The series of interconnected office tower basements and shopping complexes that make up this main thoroughfare.
The Green line of the Montreal Metro was built to serve Sainte-Catherine Street; however, to avoid disrupting traffic on the street, it was built one block to the north, under parts of Burnside Place, which once joined together, later became de Maisonneuve Boulevard. Bus service is provided by the STM's 15 Sainte-Catherine which operates 7 days a week. Guy Concordia Metro station is a few minites away.
Walk, use the fabulous public transit, or try the famous BIXI,the Public Bike System in Montreal. Accessible to everyone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you like to go clubbing taxi rides to most downtown locations will be quite cheap due to the proximity of this apartment to All of the downtown bars and restaurants.
**Super location**This location is the ideal choice for those who want to really explore the myriad points of interest that can be found in this part of Montreal. That's because it’s conveniently close to Many major subway stations (Metro). No matter where you want to go, it's just a short ride! If you are flying in there is a public bus called the 747 which goes to metro station Lionel Groulx, practically next door.
This apartment is in the heart of St. Henri putting you close to many Montreal area restaurants, Chinatown is a short metro ride away, The Old Port, Old Montreal and Notre Dame Basilica are a quick ride as well as, the Quartier des spectacles were we host the international Jazz Festival.
Whether you love the history and art of museums, the vibrant colors of Chinatown and the Latin Quarter or the entertainment and dining of St-Catherine Street and St. Denis Street for it's very well-known cafés and outdoor restaurants, it's all just a short metro ride away when you choose to stay at this location.

Perfect location ! So close to the subway and close to everything downtown.
Great way to save money with being able to cook your own food.
Amazing host !
Can't wait to go back.
Sergio was a wonderful host, even bringing in an extra heater to keep us warm during the cold weather spell in Montreal. We had a great stay.
Sergio was great and his apartment was in a fabulous location just a minute's walk from the Metro. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Montreal.
Sergio was a very nice and accommodating host. We had 5 guests and we found the space to fit fine. The 2 beds were spacious and our air mattress fit snug on the ground. The area is very close to downtown Montreal.
a great host, texted to check on us during our stay, recommended places for great meals and shops for essentials. awesome experience ahead for you if you stay with Sergio!
The apartment was perfect for us. A 5 minute walk to the Metro and a small store across the road. The apartment is compact but was big enough for our family of four (with two teenagers) and had everything we needed. It was also very warm and clean! Private parking outside meant we didn't have to worry about our hire car getting knocked by passing traffic. I would definitely stay here again.
I was not able to stay in Montreal at Sergio's home due to a snow storm that impacted my travel plans. However, he was very nice, checked in on us, and was very accommodating and helpful. I would absolutely book with him again and look forward to his hospitality.
The place was definitely smaller than I had anticipated, especially for 5 people. It should be better listed as a bachelor apartment (bedroom, kitchen, dining area all combined). And the size is about 18-22 sq meters, and would be most comfortable for 2-3 people (not max 5).
But the place was generally clean and very accessible to downtown Montreal. We walked 20 minutes to the Bell Centre for a Canadiens hockey game.
Sergio's apt. was perfect for me and my buddies. We had a great visit in Montreal and we'd stay there again in the future.
A great location to explore Montreal, just one block to the metro that connects two of the main subway stations. Sergio was easy to deal with and was happy to offer suggestions for us while in Montreal. The room was a good size, the beds were also comfortable. I would stay there again and definitely recommend to others that enjoy unique places to stay that are on a budget.
