Guests must also present their passport and allow a copy to be made upon check-in. This is a legal requirement, and we kindly ask for your cooperation.
-Check-in time: 15:00 – 21:00
-Check-out time: 10:00
Extra charges apply for early check-in and late check-out. If you do not check out by 10:00, an additional fee will be charged.
-Please note there are no staff on-site. For your safety, security cameras are installed at the entrance as required by law. Thank you for your understanding.
-Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 21:00. Parties and loud music are not permitted.
-There is only one shower room. If you would like to enjoy a relaxing bath, we recommend visiting the many hot springs and public baths in Hakone or Odawara.
