House Rules
Check-in is after 4PM

I'm flexible with check in and out times, unless I have guests leaving and coming in on same day. In that case, please check out by 11am and check in after 3 pm. I will let you know if that is the case.
No smoking in the house, I will know because I can smell it in my house! You are more than welcome to smoke outside. I WAS a smoker and have no problem with it, I just cannot have the rental smelling like smoke. Bad for business!
We ask you to please respect the parking spaces on this residential street. Street parking is available usually right next to house. Please do not park in front of our neighbor's houses. They can get fussy about that. The space in front of the house is mine.

Safety features
Smoke detector
Fire extinguisher

30 nights minimum stay

Your Host

New Orleans, Louisiana, United States · Joined in March 2011

Hi, I'm Aimee! I am a long time New Orleans resident (15 yrs ), originally from California. I have lived in NYC and New Mexico as well, but New Orleans is my home. I live upstairs with my boyfriend in this beautiful house. I love to travel and I have had really great airbnb experiences, most recently 15 days in Barcelona. We both work in the film industry here. If you decide to stay at the Happy Chic Flat, you will have complete privacy to enjoy your home away from home! I am of course available if you have any questions or problem. We both work very long hours, so there are times we are rarely home. I've had guests for a 2 week stay and I only saw them twice!
I am an easy going host, hoping to provide a lovely, stress free home base for people to enjoy and experience New Orleans charm and diversity.
Thank you for stopping by my listing!
