Very bright and lovely flat on the 5th floor of a "haussmannien" building, with an elevator. It's a typical parisian flat with a chimney, parquet...
There's a living room with the chimney, a sofa and a corner where you can eat (with a table).
In the bedroom, there's the bed (160*200) and two wardrobes.
The kitchen is equipped (toaster, cupboards, coffee maker, etc.)
Toilets are separated.
The flat is 5 minutes away from the subway (métro la Chappelle line 2 and Max Dormoy 12) and 15 minutes away by walk from the gare du Nord and gare de l'Est, in a working-class neighborhood.
It's 2 stations away from the Sacré Coeur and 1 station away for the “canal de l’Ourq”, the very relaxing canal and its fashion but relaxing cafés.
You will find a lot of nice places to hang out (restaurants, bars, pub, movie theater, concert hall, theatre) and to shop around, the market of le marché de l'Olive where you wan buy french cheese, wine, bread....
there's a Monoprix rue Philippe de Girard (about 5 minutes away)
Picard 27 rue de la Chapelle (only frozen food, but tasty)
there's a market place de l'Olive if you want to buy some cheese, wine etc.
Backery: Bichon, 21 rue Philippe de Girard
take the subway (line 2) untill the station Anvers to go to the Sacré Coeur.
The line 12 will bring you directly to "place de la Concorde", not far away from the Champs Elysées and the line 4 goes to Notre Dame, Saint Germain des Prés, Chatelet/Le Marais. The line 5 goes to République and Bastille.
I let you a map from Paris and you can check on the website (email hidden) which subway or bus you can take.
There are some good restaurants not far away from the flat:
2 of them are place de l'Olive
"Les routiers" 50 bis rue Max Dormoy (traditional french food)
"La table d'Eugène" (expensive but good) and a pizzeria "La Pulcinella" rue Eugène Süe (you have to walk 15 minutes or take the line 12 till Jules Joffrin).
Le Canal Saint-Martin is not far away (about 20 minutes) and there are plenty of bars there.

Charmant petit appartement! J'en veux un pareil! Très propre et incroyablement mignon. Tout s'est hyper bien passé et l'appartement était propre et situé tout près du métro.
Stayed at Laure's apartment for 3 nights. Didn't have the chance to meet Laure as there was a train delay when we were going there from the airport. She is nice to have waited us until we found a phone to call her. Her apartment is exactly the same as what the photos have shown. It is really cozy and I like it a lot.
ein wort: PERFEKT!!! tolle wohnung. sehr sauber & organisiert! hatten einen wunderschönen aufenthalt - MERCI
Une perle qui a une âme.

We stayed in Laure's apartment for 4 nights. It was gorgeous! Very handy for Gare du Nord and Montmartre and we easily walked to the Marais district along the canal. She provided us with helpful maps and recommendations and the apartment is a little piece of Parisian life. We loved it and didn't want to leave. It was very easy to find and Laure was so helpful.
El apartamento de Laure se convirtió en nuestro pequeño hogar parisino durante la semana que pasamos allí. Bien comunicado, zona segura y con todo lo necesario para una pareja joven.
We really recommend Laure's apartment if you are looking for a perfect place to visit paris.
This is a cute apartment in the northern side Paris. It is a few metro stations away from Sacré Coeur and Moulin Rouge.
Up to two people can comfortably stay here although the place may seem larger from the Airbnb pictures. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Laure was very nice and friendly. We only met her when we arrived in the morning (she was flexible to let us leave our luggage at the apartment and come back at 2pm to check in).
It got unusually cold when we were in Paris and we forgot to ask Laure to turn on the heater when we arrived (it was an older/vintage heater and she had requested not to turn it on ourselves). So if you think it will get cold, make sure to ask Laure to turn it on for you before she leaves.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a little taste of parisian living!
Sehr schönes, kleines Appartement. Mit Laure lief alles (Absprachen, Schlüsselübergabe) komplikationslos.
Lovely Parisian apartment just as described, with a cool retro feel. The lift was a savior with our large luggage. Laure was extremely patient with our changing plans and late arrival. Checkout was smooth.
Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely apartment!
the apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable with pretty vintage accessories.
