The listing information to this apartment was perfect, great position to transport and walk into the heart of Waikiki. Great having beach gear available for use. Free car park was great. The pool are was awesome. The kitchen was great we cooked a lot of our own meals.
Very comfortable apartment would recommend to anyone.
Great place to stay when visiting the Waikiki beach area. Clean rooms, large living room, large modern kitchen, and two balconies! Look forward to visiting in the near future.
We stayed at the place for 8days. We were traveling as a family-4people and the place was just the right size. I saw many comments here that the kitchen wasn't properly equipped to cook things ,but there were pretty much everything you need to cook things.
The location is definitely the best part. We walked to Waikiki every night.
We had some problems during our stay including the internet and throwing garbage. But a girl who gave us the key was so helpful every time we had problems. Overall, it was a great choice and we had wonderful time.
Jeffrey, and his crew, were welcoming, helpful and responsive from the get go.
The apartment is in a great area and well appointed.
The old style CRT TV shown in the ad has been replaced with a wall mounted flat screen, which is a good thing.
All the services listed work a treat, most of the time.
We had a small problem with internet access, which had nothing to do with Jeffrey, but they got onto Time Warner, the ISP, immediately.
This shows that they just don't just hand over the keys and forget about you.
The location is perfect for anything you might want to do in Waikiki and to transport for stuff outside of the beach and shopping zone.
It's also a very secure building, if that matters to you.
Be aware that the apartment is a US$8 taxi drive from where you pick up your keys at the Century Centre.
My experience with transport from the airport is to catch a cab to to the key pick up (Century Centre) and have it wait and then get the cab to take you to the apartment. This works best if you arrive around, or later than, check in time.
If there are two or more of you get a cab as the shuttle services will cost you more and are difficult to deal with.
Generally, the place was much bigger and nicer than from the picture. it was quite and well-secured, close to the beach. All the furniture and kitchenwear were nice. However, I had to go pick up the key from different building so it was a little of a hassle and the parking garage was really really small, I bumped my SUV rented car parking between two pillar. other than that, my family had good time
The host did not meet us but did have an assistant email us with check in directions and left a key for us at a concierge desk at a separate location. The condo appeared much like the photos. Master bedroom had what must be a king size bed, the other bedroom had a smaller bed but still probably at least a full or a queen. The A/C worked which was important, but there was no laundry detergent so we could not properly wash our clothes. Location was as expected, about 4-5 blocks walk to the beach. We did not try the television or cook anything in the kitchen so cannot comment on that. We only got one set of keys which made things difficult...there really should be 2 sets in case someone wants to come and go at different times. The parking spot (E236) was really tight due to the parking structure posts...good luck getting an SUV in there.
This place is awesome. I didn't see it mentioned on the description, but this place has 2 full bathrooms; one inside the bigger room and one separate. Very quiet. The beach is a little farther than the hotels, but it's only 10-15 min walk.
We only received one key set at check-in, but calling them I was able to have a second set of keys. Maybe you should ask them before to have two sets if you need it.
