This unit is conveniently located at 430 Lewers Street at the cross street of Kuhio Avenue, just half a block from Duty-Free shopping. This corner unit on the 18th floor is newly remodeled with warm colors and laminate flooring, furnished in a beautiful tropical rattan style. It comes with a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, and covered reserved parking.
The bedrooms are furnished with a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The balcony is accessible through the living area as well as from the master bedroom. The living room features comfy seating and an entertainment center with television.
When you’re not out exploring the island, catching waves at the beach, or wandering around Waikiki, head down to the recreation deck on the seventh floor and go for a swim in the pool, relax in the sauna or whirlpool, or practice your backhand on the tennis courts. You can also grill your own catch of the day in the barbeque area.
In the vicinity of the Aloha Towers, you’ll find many shops and restaurants such as the International Marketplace, World-Famous Waikiki Beach, The Honolulu Zoo, The Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park, which features tennis courts, jogging paths, and amazing views of Diamond Head.

My husband, mother-in-law and I had a wonderful week staying in this 18th floor apt. Beautiful views of Waikiki from the lanais and the ocean too. The apt. was clean and it was great to have a washer/dryer and free covered parking spot. I would stay here again!
The place was amazing. Had everything we needed. Spacious great view great location. However, Jeffrey was not a very good host and made us feel as if we were bothering him and was not attentive, he would brush us aside to his assistant roxi who was more communicative and accomodating.
This apartment had a great location and plenty of space. We enjoyed using the pool and spa on the fifth floor too. The apartment had plenty of towels for the beach and pool, as well as sand toys, beach umbrella and beach mats. We had four adults and a two year old and the two bedrooms provided plenty of space for all. For anyone traveling with babies/toddlers, the apartment has a bouncy seat and small travel crib (it'd probably be big enough for babies up to 18 months), but not a regular sized pack-n-play. We made use of having our own kitchen and dining area, as eating out for every meal can be pricey. A definite advantage over a hotel room. The washer/drier was handy too. We had a great experience with the company managing the apartment. They responded to emails promptly before we left and answers queries while we were there with equal speed and curtesy. The accommodations are not fancy by any means, but it's great value.
Good staying in Waikiki, very convenient location, the apartment has everything one may need, both in the kitchen and in the rooms.
Good shower with a lot of water and temperature easy to adjust.

We could have a very nice time in waikiki. It was convenience to walk out. But when we arrived at the condominium around 4pm, the cleaning ladies were still working there. Since they're kind, it's not a big issue, though.
About one week before the vacation I was informed that the place we’ve booked is not available, because someone else is staying in it.
They offered me another condo in the same building 3 floors higher (not listed anymore on AirBnB for some reason).
They also claimed that furniture in it is newer, and the unit is in better shape. So we took it.
Location of the unit was as described, same nice view. Welcome reception.
But the quality of the unit wasn't that good.
The worst thing we discovered in the end: the beds there are full of bed bugs!
Somehow bites weren't noticed until last couple days. Maybe these beasts weren't hungry.
But now we have a set of pictures of bed bugs, and theirs bites on our skin.
Now other issues discovered during the during the first 24hrs of our stay, we asked to resolve, but because this is not single person, but a company – they do not respond on weekends, and are slow on resolving issues.
Here is a list of issues I informed them about and asked to resolve at least some of them (not including bedbugs). Here is copy & paste from my e-mail to them:
- The place (kitchen) is full of cockroaches. I killed about ten of them yesterday, have few pics if you want to look.
- Bad skirt on one of the beds is badly torn.
- Curtain in one of the bedroom has a huge hole in it.
- Two pieces of furniture (sofa and lounge chair) have faux leather on them badly torn apart. It is scary to seat on them. Looks like they've been taken from some hostel. [I have pictures]
- No table to consume food from. It also doesn't have chairs that are high enough to use them with kitchen counter tops. [Picture of the unit they shown to me had some chairs, high enough to eat from counter top. But no chairs in real life]
- Beddings are very bad synthetic quality. Very unpleasant to touch and feel. Worse than in hotels (3 *) we stayed before.
- 2 doors to the balconies don't lock.
- 1 door to the balcony doesn't open at all, so we have bad air in one of the bedrooms.
- No kettle to boil water in it. We had to use a pot to boil water for the tea. Less of a problem comparing to others.
I was getting quick responses from them that they’re looking on how to resolve the issues, but not a single issue was resolved.
Unit was over all far from luxury.
I asked them for partial refund, but was denied.
So, I would give 5 stars for communication, location/view from unit, and reception.
But because of the issues above and failure to resolve them, I'm not sure whether to choose one or two stars. Bedbugs make it one star, some memory you don't want to have.
We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The two rooms were very comfortable and the apartment was well appointed throughout. There is a lovely view out to the ocean, where I saw whales spouting one evening and also to the mountains. In addition the convenience store on the ground floor of the building is very helpful. The location is great with lots of restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks and the beach just a few minutes away.
