While we do our best to update the homes with modern amenities and details, each house does have its unique quirks. Please keep this in mind when deciding to rent our properties, and feel free to reach out during your stay so that we can help to make your visit to this beautiful city as comfortable as possible!

Please note that this is a 2nd floor unit in a duplex. Guests on both floors are expected to respect each other's privacy and space while understanding that there may be some noise that carries from each unit. Noise machines have been provided to help.

The windows in this home are not updated so we ask that you do not open them. However, we do provide blackout drapes, central AC and heating, and fans and space heaters should you need them!

The parking is only on the street.
