Pilar was an excellent host and this was the perfect place to stay! I found the room to be charming and quite comfortable. The whole apartment was lovely, not to mention immaculately clean. Pilar was quite personable and had even put together a folder about the neighborhood and San Sebastien. The location is beyond ideal; right on Zurriola beach and just a quick walk to old town where many of the sites are concentrated, but still quiet at night. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Sebastien. Thank you again for your hospitality!
Pilar is very kind and warm, prepared everything including the maps, the list of recommended restaurant etc.
the place is at very good location, close to the beach and not far from the old town, also very quiet.
The bed is soft and comfortable. The room is not big but comfortable with one person.
Pilar was a very kind and generous host, with many tips about San Sebastian and surrounding areas. Her apartment is very clean and a joy to stay in. It is very well located, literally across the street from the beach, but it is not loud at night. Very nice to stay at.
Fue un placer poder hospedarme con Pilar, la estancia no pudo ser mas cómoda e hizo que me sintiera como en casa.El piso esta situado en un sitio fantástico, muy muy recomendable sin duda.
Pilar's place was perfect for my stay in San Sebastián. First, the location is incredible - right on Zurriola Beach, on the top floor with a terrace with beautiful views. The apartment is very nice, and the bedroom was perfect for one person. Pilar was a gracious and friendly host - she provided me lots of tips for where to eat, soothed my nerves about early morning transportation to the airport, and even made a light breakfast before I went out surfing.
I should note that her vibe is very quiet, so if you are looking to party this is not a good fit, but if you are looking for a relaxing option near the beach, then I highly recommend!
Pilar ' home is a very elegant sophisticated stylish beautiful apartment right by the Zurriola beach. It was very comfortable to sleep in the bed where she had several pillows.. The room was very warm boasting in nice colours and character. The bathroom is fantastic i enjoyed having a shower it feels like you are in a 5 star hotel.
Pilar seema to be very intellectual lady who is open minded to people from all walks if life. I liked that she smiles all the time and worth asking her about what to see- etc in Donostia. She is a really good host and i hope to return one day to Donostia and stay with her again.
Thank you souch for making the last few days very unforgettable with hospitality.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in San Sebastián. In particular the view of the surf beach from the top floor balcony can't be beat. Pilar was also a great host full of knowledge about the area. When I come back to San Sebastián in the future - if it's available I'll stay with Pilar again.
