Spacious place to gather with friends and family, sleeps 16+ we are located 10 minutes from Glacier National Park. Many other exciting opportunities await nearby fishing, rafting, atv rentals, hiking, biking, many kid friendly attractions close as well. Come relax after a fun filled day exploring the beauty of Montana. There is grocery shopping, souvenir shops and restaurants all just minutes away. Take a walk with the entire family and visit everything that our little town has to offer.

The space
Our home is partially ADA accessible. Please if you have any requests to make your accommodations easier and less stressful ask and we will let you know if we have what your needing to help make the stay easier Please send us a message. We will do everything we can to make things as convenient and easy as possible for a trip to our wonderful little home town.

Guest access
Everything located in the home site is available for use for the guests, fenced backyard, laundry room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, two separate living room common areas, fenced front yard. Driveway out front of home and main driveway.

Other things to note
We have bear spray available to the guests if needed. Free to use. $50 will be charged if it has been discharged or not returned. There is also a collection of bear spray that is considered expired but will still work....There will be no charge for those if discharged or lost
We also have a wide array of pamphlets and magazines provided of all the wonderful and amazing places to go around the valley.

Neighborhood highlights

Hungry Horse, this small town in Montana got its name from a couple of horses that got loose before the first big snow in early 1900. They lasted a month of hard winter and were found alive extremely skinny and buried in snow up to their chest. From then on, this little town near the Middle Fork and South Fork of the Flathead River, was then known as Hungry Horse.

Hungry Horse is best known for the 564 ft dam that holds back 3.5 million acre feet of water. The dam has a visitor center, take a drive up and check it out. You can even drive right over the top of the dam. If you continue on there is approximately 35 miles of unpaved road that takes you around the massive Hungry Horse Reservoir. There is much beauty to see. You may get lucky and see some wild animals and depending on the time of year if you hop out of your vehicle you could find our native huckleberries that so many people rave about. In the small town there are plenty of places to get a nice hot meal, there are also a few places that offer homemade huckleberry pies, ice cream and other tasty treats There is also a grocery store and a gas station all within minutes of our home.

Hungry Horse is only 10 minutes to Glacier National Park, where you will find tons of amazing places to explore.
