Step inside and feel instantly at home. The open-concept main floor features a fully stocked kitchen ready for family meals, snacks after the beach, or morning coffee before heading out to explore the Jersey Shore. The bright and welcoming living room offers two plush couches and a smart TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a fun-filled day at the beach or by the pool. Also located on the first floor is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, along with a peaceful king bedroom featuring a smart TV and easy access to the backyard and outdoor living spaces.
Upstairs you’ll find a dedicated workspace overlooking the landscaped backyard, perfect if you need to check emails while still enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a shore getaway. The upstairs Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects to the primary bedroom and features double sinks and a spacious multi-head walk-in shower. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa that creates a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day. Down the hall, the third bedroom is perfect for kids and families, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.
The backyard is designed for making lasting memories. Guests can enjoy a private saltwater in-ground pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or spending relaxing afternoons swimming and lounging with family and friends. Saltwater pools are known for being gentler on skin and eyes than traditional chlorine pools, creating a more comfortable swimming experience.
The private backyard pool area is designed for relaxation and peace of mind. The pool sits within the home’s backyard space, creating a comfortable setting for families to enjoy time together away from the crowds of the beach. After a day in the sand, guests can return home to swim, relax poolside, or unwind on the screened porch while dinner cooks on the grill. The outdoor space also includes a dining patio, gas grill for cookouts, a screened porch perfect for games or relaxing evenings, and a large paver fire pit where everyone can gather after sunset to roast marshmallows and enjoy the night air.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee upon request. Please note that the pool will not be available Memorial Day weekend while final preparations are completed for the summer season.
After a day at the beach, guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower before enjoying dinner outside while the kids play in the yard. As the evening winds down, the fire pit becomes the perfect place to relax and share stories under the stars.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, fresh linens are provided with clean sheets folded at the end of each bed. Each guest will also have a set of bath towels and a beach towel for enjoying sunny days by the ocean.

- The primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
- Absolutely no prom, high school, college or spring break renters.
- If you have falsely represented your group, your lease is considered null/void and you will not have use of the property. No monies will be returned.
- Only those stipulated in the rental agreement are allowed. No outside visitors.
- All interior areas of this house are 100% smoke free. Any smoke detected after your departure will result in the loss of your security deposit.
