  • The apartment had a decent location (not in the center of Trastevere - a 10-15 minute walk away) but there is a frequently running tram that can take you to Piazza Venezia. It has a nice little terrace which would imaginably be nice in the spring/summer. Bed was comfortable, but I can't imagine fitting more than two people in the apartment comfortably (even though there is a fold out bed available). The bathroom is rather old (shower is more of a faucet effect than proper shower) and is notably lacking in any place to hang towels. The heating system worked well, although we had some unseasonably warm weather in February so didn't have occasion to use it much. The biggest problem we had was the internet -- it worked fine for the first two days of our stay and then stopped, without explanation. We texted Davide, who provided us instructions on how to fix it but offered no further help when that didn't work. Given that wireless internet in cafes, etc is tough to come by in Trastevere this posed some real problems in planning our day/obtaining public transit schedules/checking into flight reservations/etc.

  • We had a lovely weekend in this well located appartment (close to many buses/tramways), and Simona is very welcoming and provides useful advices regarding the city. Grazie!

  • Simona welcomed us when we arrived for our two-night stay, and gave us tips and advice.
The apartment is spacious, clean and very nice and it even has a cute little garden!
The neighborhood (Trastevere) is hip and lively, and full of nice pubs and restaurants.
Very easy to get to the historical center by tram and to the Termini train station by bus.
    Great location, Great apartment-definitely recommended!

  • My mom and I stayed five days at the apartment and we had an awesome period there. It's close of the best places in Trastevere and really close to the public transport, so it's easy to go to everywhere.

The apartment is really confortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, included salt, olive oil and the basic to cook (we didn't have this in other apartments). Simona still gifted us with some chocolates, croissants and with a italian beer. So kind!

The Internet doesn't work well and the wash machine didn't worked with us, but we really recomend the place, was one of the best we stayed in Italy!

  • We absolutely loved the apartment and felt we were really lucky with the location as it totally suited us and what we wanted to do in Rome.
It was an easy walk or tram ride into the centre and in the immediate location of the apartment were all the cafés and restaurants we were looking for.
Davide was friendly and helpful with his emails and Sabina was lovely and a great source of knowledge and advise.
Ideal accommodation for 2 people, we would definitely stay again.

  • The apartment was in a great spot at the top of a short street right by the tram. It was very quiet and we enjoyed using the terrace for an afternoon drink! The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The wifi didn't work for the first day - it would connect but take forever to load and eventually just timeout. We contacted the host via the cleaning lady and while my messages to him would not send, the wifi did start working the next day, which was a big relief as we really needed it. We would stay here again. It was a 5-10 min walk from many restaurants in Trastevere and we felt safe and comfortable. Thanks!

  • We spend 4 days at the Apartment. It is well located, very close to the tram, that takes you to piazza venezia in a couple minutes. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, it has a small livingroom, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrasse. The shower needs to be renovated, but the rest is really recommandable.

  • I rented this apartment for my brother and his girlfriend. Originally we had planned to have 3 people staying there. I think that would only work well for a couple and a child. The entrance of the apartment is directly into the bedroom. The drainage in the bathroom was a little slow. The apartment was clean, and the reception reasonably timely. The garden needs attention; most plants were dead, making it a less attractive retreat than the photos suggest.that being said, it is great to have a little private outdoor space in Rome. It is on a very quiet street, and a great location for transportation to the center of Rome, Trastevere, and the Janiculum and Vatican

  • Davide's Appartment is very nice, perfectly located in Trastevere (near Tram and Bus) and the whole contact was very nice. Especially the good restaurant hints! We also appreciated the WiFi and the cable TV as a nice service.
