  • The apartment is in a really great location to the Carmel markets and the beach. Good size if you don't mind a loft bed (v low ceiling). Oshri gave us some good recomendations for places to eat nearby. Its a 3.5km walk to Old Jaffa so not the best if you want to go to the old town lots. Kitchen is enough to cook basics. Overall a good stay.

  • This was my first airbnb experience and it was great. Oshri was very responsive and the entire transaction went very smoothly.

When we arrived at the apartment, Oshri's father was waiting for us. He showed us around and told us about the amenities in the neighbourhood and he pointed out some good places to eat.

The apartment is in a very old, very cool and quaint neighbourhood, just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and right at the carmel market. You simply cannot beat this location.

The studio itself is pretty small, but it's got everything you need. It was very comfortable and I'd definitely stay here again!

  • Oshri's appartment is located in a very central spot, in the middle of a really charming quarter of narrow streets, a lot of trees, and also restaurants and cafés. The Carmel Market is just around the corner. The beach is not even a 5 minutes walk away. The room is equipped with everything we needed, and Oshri's father provided us a very friendly welcome. It is not really a quiet place (at least according to our experience), but I guess it would be difficult to find (website hidden). really quiet in such a central spot.

  • Tel Aviv is such a wonderful place!

We stayed at Oshri's place for 4 nights and we felt like we were in the middle of the city. Most of the attractions are in walking distance and the neighbourhood is cozy.

The Appartement was cleaned before we went in and we had a pleasent stay!

    Everytime again!

    Greetings from Austria

  • The 33 steps up a narrow hallway to a clean and neat room were difficult for us to climb.(No Elevator) The loft providing little head room and a king size bed was impossible for me to reach because of the stairs up to the loft. It might be fine for young children, but we are senior citizens. The steps should be mentioned.
It should be mentioned that the king size bed is in the loft and not in the main room, not very accessible. The convertible sofa is in the main room and was fairly comfortable. We could feel the crack where the sectional joined together, when sleeping. Internet and T.V. plus a double hot plate, refrigerator, plates, utensils etc. for cooking were provided.
Nice location, good restaurant downstairs and many restaurants in the area. Walking distance to beach and shopping.

  • This is a great little apartment in the heart of the Yemenite quarter, a neighborhood on narrow brick streets that resembles a Greek village but that's packed with restaurants and bars -- and it's just on the edge of the Carmel market. It's great place to immerse yourself in the neighborhood, and since it's on the upper floor, you have a nice view of the rooftops. The apartment itself is fairly quiet, although since it's in a busy neighborhood and there's a restaurant right below, you're not going to be insulated from the sounds and smells during the day.

  • This appartment is a realy comfort and cosy place in Tel-Aviv with perfect location near the biggest market and 5 min to the beach. My wife was delighted with every morning fresh fruits from this market. If you want to save some money, you can use the plates and dishs in the appartment.
It was a wonderful trip to Tel-Aviv, thank you for this apparment, Oshri!

  • Great stay! WONDERFUL location right by the market and good restaurants, the beach, and Rothschild. Really other places say they're central but this one really is. It's tel aviv so walking is mandatory but even to Jaffa it's not that far. The host was very accommodating and informative about the location as well as patient as I was very late getting there. I had friends and locals I met over and they all thought it was above bar for the price and the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is very quiet during the evening and night but otherwise it's not a place to sleep when the sun is up. And it has a pretty decent view.

  • Me and my husband stayed in Oshris apartment i january and we had good time. The aparment looks like on the pictures, the location was good close to the centre and ckose to the beach and carmel market. we walked every where. Outside on the street there were som cheap and very local restaurants right outside the apartment. We had some dificulty getting a taxi that knew where this street were becuse its a very small street, I would recomend that if you come by taxi to ask them to let you of at carmel market which is 5 minutes walk. On the outside the area looks a bit tared down but its really cosy, people are friendly and when you look out the window in the morning you can see old jewish men sitting and reading and talkning together. The host is friendly and he gave some maps and recomendations where to go.
