About this listing
A charming studio apartment right in the very heart of tel aviv.
The apartment is located in "Kerem Ha'Teimanim". a quite, picturesque, young and full of magic neighborhood.
It is a walking distance from the beach, the Carmel market, Rothchild blvd. Shenkin st. Nahalat Binyamin, Dizengoff center old Jaffa and a central bus station. The best location in the city with all of Tel Aviv's coolest places in reach!!!
Great restaurant, clubs, pubs are all over the place.
It has a gallery / mezzanine floor with a double bed and a room with a kitchen, dining area and a double sofa bed.
The apartment is brand new, air conditioned, has great view and completely furnished.
It can accommodate 2 adults+ 3 children or 4 adults.
There is another similar apartment in the same floor that can also be rented. Both of the units can be rented as an entire apartment on request.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have about the place.

I was not greeted very warmly as when I arrived in Tel-Aviv the host forced me to pay for an additional nights stay at his apartment and being foreign to the country and it being midnight I had no other choice. The neighbourhood was as expected. It was a congested area right near one of the main tourist attraction in Tel-Aviv which is the Carmel Shuk/Carmel Market. In addition, in the neighborhood there is a lot of construction going on which is extremely loud starting at 6 AM and is only quiet on Shabbat. The apartment is in a very central location however being a 5 min walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk from any type of restaurant you can imagine. There are also restaurants on the street if you want authentic Israeli food. The description of the apartment was fairly accurate however the pictures are exaggerated.
I am sorry Justin for your unpleasant experience but your claims are weird.
As in any other hospitality place all over the world, when you book a place you cannot come the day before and expect to be welcome without extra pay. flexible check-in time does not mean you can sleep at the apartment 1 extra night for free. In addition, you were traveling around Israel the days before your arrival and should not have appeared in the apartment a day earlier, 11 pm, asking to come in before time.
As for your electricity claims, they are also false since an electrician came to the apartment a couple of hours after you informed us, and when you got back to the apartment it was already on.
As we are writing each other in complaints I would like to know what happened to a couple of towels I left you that were gone after you left and were replaced by other dirty towels that do not belong to me.
Till this day, all the guests staying in our apartment were happy and content. I hope your future visits through Airbnb will be more comfortable and enjoyable.
The apartment was in a cute neighborhood, a short walk from the beach and across the street from an incredible restaurant!
I stayed at Oshri's apartment for almost a week. The major advanatge is the location - just a five-minute walk to the beach and very close to the Carmel Market. The apartment itself is rather small and will accomodate up to 3-4 people. It is very clean and Oshri made sure that there are fresh towels, as well as anything you need if you wish to prepare food - pots, a cattle, cutlery etc. Upon arrival I met Nathan, Oshris's father, a very nice guy who preparted the apartment for my arrival and gave me some tips about the area.
All in all, I recommend staying at this place if you are in Tel Aviv.
A nice apartment in an interesting area in Tel Aviv. Close to everything, and with a good bed. Oshri met us at the appointed time, and told us all we had to know. A very good place to stay!
Very good location between the beach and Shuk HaCarmel, the apartment was exactly as described! Easy check-in and check-out, Oshri's mother welcomed me and was very pleasant. It's well furnished (towels, eveything to cook, good wifi, a lot of tv channels, even an iron!), and we had 2 sets of keys. Things to take into account: because the shuk is in the nearby it's a little bit noisy early in the morning, and like all the south part of tel aviv the apartment is under the aircrafts line. Thank you so much for this great apartment (with a so good value for price)!! I will definitely come back ;-)
The accommodation was exactly as described in the announcement and in the pictures! Small place but very comfortable and clean, placed near the sea (5 minutes by foot) and near the most relevant place of interest in Tel Aviv. We arrived in the night and we received the kind assistance of the mother of Oshri, who gave us the keys, showed the home and provide us with useful information and advices about our staying in Tel Aviv. We wuld definitely recommend this place!
The area is very cosy and romantic with small streets 5 minutes from Carmel market which is really cheap and good. We have not met Oshri, his friend, a very nice guy was waiting for us. The flat has a young style, comfortable and not really expensive. It was OK.
