The Space

Charming 2 bedroom apt in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, NY.

Cobble Hill is just south of Brooklyn Heights and an extremely short commute into Manhattan. It's peaceful and quiet which makes for a good night's rest after an exciting day in the NYC. The apartment is located in a beautiful brownstone neighborhood that is lined with trees, has lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes, pharmacies as well as laundry all around the corner. Additionally, the Brooklyn promenade and waterfront in the Heights is a short 10 min walk. There is public street parking available subject to alternate side parking regulations.

The F train (to Manhattan) or G train (to Williamsburg / Queens) is just a 1 minute walk away (on Smith & Bergen.) All other major other subway lines are less than 10 minutes walking (located in the downtown Brooklyn area).

Nearby Subway Trains:
F/G- Bergen (2 block / 2 minute walk)
2/3 - Hoyt St. OR Borough Hall (7-10 min walk)
A/C - Jay Street / Metrotech (7-10 min walk)
4/5 - Borough Hall (7-10 min walk)
N/R - Jay Street / MetroTech (7-10 min walk)

Master BR:
Good sized room, hardwood floors, queen size bed and A/C unit. There is also a rocking chair for reading by the window. It's a clean and simple space.

Second BR:
Hardwood floors, twin size bed, a shelf unit full of good reads, desk setup for computer or other professional purpose. There is a wireless router setup in this room as well that works for the entire (website hidden):
Large Sofa (back cushions can be removed for additional sleeping space), Oversized chair (pulls out into a twin bed), 32" LCD TV, Playstation 3 (with free streaming netflix) and A/C unit.

There is a large kitchen with a eat-in cafe table. The Kitchen has everything you'll need: Oven w/ gas stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, utensils (cutlery and cookware) and top of the line pots and pans.

I'm also very familiar with Manhattan and would be more than happy to assist with any recommendations or directions throughout your stay. I'll only be a phone call away in the event there are any issues or questions. This is an extremely affordable alternative to an NYC hotel and just as nice (better for those who like the feeling of home away from home). I also provide a number of complimentary items: continental breakfast, basic toiletries, clean towels, etc...

Thanks for your interest!

  • The place is clean, really close to subway station and it can really stay at least 4 ppl with no problem. The sofa bed is comfortable! The neighbor is pretty safe even when we back after midnight from manhattan. After all, Adam is a very helpful, responsible, and hospitable host! I def recommend this place!

  • I really enjoyed staying at Adam's apartment. It was everything I expected and more. Not only was the apartment clean and perfect for my friends and me, but it was very conveniently located and Adam was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible and accommodating, and made the experience incredibly easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this apartment and will come back next time I need a place in NYC.

  • My spouse and brother in law stayed for a few nights. They found the apartment comfortable, well-equipped, and, above all, incredibly convenient (both in terms of the immediate neighborhood and the proximity of public transportation).

  • A five-star experience if there ever was one. Adam goes above and beyond in ensuring his guests have a wonderful stay. Everything about the experience was terrific; the apartment is one of the cleanest I have ever seen in New York (and I live here), the breakfast and snacks Adam provides are very thoughtful; the building is quiet and lovely and the bedrooms are great.

    Highly recommended.

  • My friends and I had a great stay at Adam's apartment. It's in such a pretty spot in Cobble Hill, safe and accessible to multiple subway lines to anywhere in the city. But, if you want to stay close to your "home away from home", Smith and Court Streets have so many options in terms of food and shopping you don't need to stray far. Adam was an excellent host (thanks for the cookies and wine!) The apartment was lovely, spotless and so comfortable. Thanks Adam!

  • This cozy apartment is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. It has easy access to Manhattan (the apartment is 2-3 minutes walk from subway F train station, and 5-10 minutes train ride from Manhattan). The apartment is absolutely nice and clean. The owner is very responsive to renter's needs. We would love to stay in this apartment again should we visit NYC again. It is highly recommended.
