Cute home in a great location.
We visited Martha's Vineyard for a wedding and Mary's house was in a very convenient location with a great price compared to the surrounding hotels. The room was simple and clean and the outdoor shower was great!. Mary was so kind to us and gave us plenty of privacy. The house was very quiet and close to the ferry, bus stop and lots of great places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed the great location, comfortable backyard, and outdoor shower. The room was a bit stuffy and could have used some fans. Overall a nice place to have as a base for a weekend on Martha's Vineyard.
Great location in quiet neighborhood in a lovely old house just a few minutes walk form the ferry in Vineyard Haven. Very comfortable room and bed and very accommodating host. Able to leave our stuff early and shower well after check out after bike riding for the day. Shared bathroom for three rooms, but offset by wonderful outdoor shower. A great alternative to a bnb/hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. She's very friendly and accommodating. It's a big house in a quiet residential neighborhood. With other guests/residents coming and going it had the lively feel of a b&b.
Very casual place just a few blocks from town. My wife and I planned a last minute overnight to do some cycling on the vineyard and this worked out great. Room was spacious, bright and clean. Outdoor shower was a welcome treat after a day on the bike as was the comfortable bed.
Hi!!!I stayed only 1 night in this house...
The host was very nice but the house wasn't clean and was very crowded.
The position is very near the beach and the centre of Vineyard.
It was very nice the shower in the garden :)
Pleasant host - thank you.
I had a wonderful experience at Mary's home. I was greeted by her friend Heidi, who couldn't have been nicer or more kind. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable, The outside shower is to die for, with a 'rain' shower head. The house is just up the street from Main Street, the Vineyard Playhouse, Bunch of Grapes books...a laid back environment-just like Vineyard Haven itself. I'd love to return...
Mary's place was cozy, convenient and a great value.
