1.MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The studio is to be occupied by no more than two (2) people at the maximum. Unless otherwise approved by the Owner. A daily fee of $25 per person will be charged for more than two guests.
2.CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 P.M. PST. Unless otherwise approved by the owner.
3.CHECK-OUT IS: 12:00 P.M. PST.
4.Pets are not permitted in rental unit unless otherwise permitted by owner. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
5.We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 24 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

(website hidden) charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c.Renter follows description of Check Out Procedures. If excessive cleaning is needed upon departure, there will an additional charge.
d.If stains (wine, shoe polish, blood, makeup, sharpie etc) are present on linen, bedding, pillows, furniture, rugs, etc. Renters will be charged for dry cleaning, stain removal (unless it can easily be removed) or replacement item if it cannot be used again.
e.All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage can.
f.All keys are left in the lock box/with owner and the rental is left locked. A fee may be charged if renters become locked out or key(s) are lost.
g.All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

(website hidden) late check-out. Renter agrees to $25 per hour charge for each hour after 12pm. If the renter’s late checkout interferes with an existing reservation, then the Renter will be charged a full day’s rent.

10. Any pet must be pre-approved before being brought into property. If approved, there is a $25 fee per pet, per stay. Excessive barking and/or nuisance from pet can be grounds for termination of rental.
1.PAYMENT – collected by AirBnB and given to owner at time of check-in
2.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests per apartment is limited to TWO (2) adults, unless otherwise approved by the owners.
3.Longer MINIMUM STAYS may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE- While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however, is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own towels if you plan to take towels from the unit. When you arrive, the apartment will be clean and set up with linens and as a courtesy, we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests:
•Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, paper towels, and napkins.
•Dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap.
What a delight, to return to Andrew and Steph's charming apartment.
The courtyard is just lovely, and offers a welcome outdoor retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I didn't see a hummingbird this year, but I did see a beautiful cat who wandered into and hastily out of, the courtyard. For such a highly populated city, this apartment is in such a serene environment.
It's clean, spacious, and well-appointed You can enjoy a home-cooked meal, provisions for which can be purchased at Molly Stone's on 18th street, about 5 mins walk away.
An enormous amount of effort has been put into ensuring that guests are equipped with large, fluffy towels, toiletries, information, kitchen supplies, a first-aid kit, and last but not least, a plethora of pamphlets and books about travelling in SF.
Significantly, also, two sets of keys are provided, which gives travelling companions more options, as you don't have to return to the apartment together.
There's free wi-Fi, which is great for keeping in touch with friends and family back home, and there are many tv stations to choose from (my friend and I kept watching Nancy Grace ... no idea why, hahahaha!!)
I texted a question to Andrew just before we arrived and received a fast and helpful response. The hosts are unobtrusive, but readily available if needed.
While the the Castro itself is brimming with interesting people and activities, the suburb is ideally situated for travel into the city and elsewhere. The Castro Muni station at Harvey Milk plaza is a hub for a number of lines, including travel into the city. The station and trains are clean and safe, and the trains run frequently.
Any regrets? Yep. Given the length of our stay, we should have invited Andrew and Steph over for a drink and a chat.

I had a magnificent stay in this fantastic apartment. The apartment itself is superbly laid out and very well equipped, and the garden is an amazing place to relax. . Andrew and Steph , the hosts, were extremely helpful on my arrival throughout my stay. The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood. I certainly would like to stay there again when next in San Francisco.
Very easy, Andrew was responsive and sent very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, roomy, well equipped and clean. There is a helpful book with instructions for the apartment, and local places of interest. Very easy and in a nice location.

Andrew & Steph are professional and welcoming. Their instructions for entering the flat, as well as their instructions for navigating the accommodations and tourist info they make available are clear and easy to understand. The space was totally clean, well furnished and all around beautiful --- all super big pluses in my book! They make it easy to relax and enjoy your stay!
My girlfriend and I came up from San Diego for the weekend for our birthdays and found this place. It looks just like it does in the pictures and was immaculate. Communication was easy with Andrew and they left clear instructions and a detailed map with all the places to eat, buy passes for the Muni, etc. It was more quiet than we expected for a place in the Castro but it is far enough away from the main drag so it wasn't party central right there. It was very peaceful and relaxing, especially after running around the city all day. The Muni train was a short walk away. The only complaint I can think of is that the bed frame is a shin and toe destroyer because of the way the leg angles out. We put a yellow shopping bag over it to steer clear. The flat was beautiful and I'd like to stay for a few extra days next time just to relax there. We would definitely stay there again and thanks Andrew and Steph for opening your home to us.
What a great place Andrew & Steph have in the Castro! My interactions were all with Andrew and every step of the way he made it easy, from the booking of the reservation, to the immediate text responses leading up to the stay, to picking up the key and parking the car in his garage, he was terrific. The apartment is comfortable and very nicely decorated, the towels in the bathroom are awesome. The neighborhood is exactly as described, it was one block from 18th St and all the restaurants, etc. they have there as well as Castro Blvd itself. Unfortunately the entire street is being torn up with construction, but every place was open so that's all that mattered. Terrific place - clean, comfortable with character plus outside space.

I, Andrew, am a carpenter / remodeler / property manager & I, Steffi, am a Scientist in Cancer Research. We met more than eight years ago here in San Francisco as roommates. And 4 years later we got married in her idyllic hometown in Southern Germany. The rest is history... :)
