Description

The space

Welcome to our sunny spacious studio in Jerusalem.

This special home was built in 1886 and is part of our family history. Here you’ll have an authentic Jerusalem experience. Newly renovated, it has old-world charm (Jerusalem stone walls, arches and a high dome ceiling) with modern amenities like air conditioning/heating, wireless internet, and cable TV. You can sleep in a double bed or two single beds, according to your needs. You’ll have a new kitchenette, linens and towels provided and lots of storage space for your things.

The location is great, right in the heart of Jerusalem. Close the door and you can rest and relax. Open the door and you're in the middle of the city.

Turn to the left and it's a five minute walk to the city center (Ben Yehuda Street); continue a few minutes more and you'll see the walls of the Old City as you walk through Jaffa Gate or into the Mamilla Mall. Turn to the right and it's an eight minute walk to the central bus station. You're only a short walk from synagogues, museums, banks/ money change, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and so much more.

Walk up the street from the studio for less than a minute and you’re in the Mahane Yehuda Market with its fresh produce, restaurants, cafes, gift shops, and unique atmosphere. Every morning wake up and go get freshly baked bread, freshly squeezed juice or a cappuccino in minutes. Catch the new Light Rail train on Jaffa Road, and in minutes you’ll be at the Yad VaShem Holocaust Museum, Mount Herzl or the Old City.

Contact us before making a reservation. We will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please note that there are different prices for the holidays.

Check out time is by 10 am. We truly want you to have a wonderful vacation in Jerusalem. Please check with us first if you need a different time. We will try to accommodate you.

Enjoy our sunny spacious studio and create unforgettable memories in Jerusalem.

Robyn is the best hostess! She helped make our stay enjoyable by giving us tips on how to navigate the area. If you want to experience the Jewish community, this is the place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is clean and located near public transportation. It is also located across the street from a very cool market.

Fantastic central location across road from Iconic machene yehuda market. Great feel to the room in very interesting location behind Geula. Everything within easy walking distance. Robyn was extremely helpful whenever we needed her. Can be a bit noisy from 5am for about 15 min as neighbor sets up his market stall.

The place is very nice and interesting, great location. Robyn is very nice and helpful, I was very pleased to meet her. One thing to notice about this place (it's not bad, just might be not suited for everyone): the place is quite noisy - there is a lively street just right behind the windows, leading to the market. Though it's a great location as base to discover Jerusalem and all you could need is just a step away, be prepared for quite a noisy nights. If it's not a big deal for you, I recommend Robyn's place most sincerely!

When I first came to Israel I received warm hospitality. I loved it here and eventually moved here (originally from Texas). I want to offer the same warm hospitality so you can create your own wonderful Jerusalem memories.
I haven't traveled as much as I would like but I have friends from all over the world and I love hearing about different cultures. One of my favorite trips was my honeymoon to Guatemala. I went to a rain forest for the first time and it was amazing.
