Cozy double bed, perfect for a couple, family, good friends or the solo traveler in town for work, catching up or seeing all the sights. Centrally located off 5th Avenue, next to major attractions like, Empire State, and Times square.
This listing is for a private room in a 3 bedroom apartment that is shared with my husband and I and two other rooms with guests like yourselves. The apartment is on the third floor and is a walk up, no elevator and we are happy to help you with your luggage.
The building is over 100 years old with a lot of charm, exposed brick, high ceiling and a non functional fire place in a huge living room with super comfy couch.
Bedroom is a comfortable size with full size bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. Theres a place for your things in the open hanging rack inside the room and empty drawers in dresser with mirror on top. Noise level is low considering we are located in the most bustling part of the city. The most you hear is the humming of the exhaust fans from the neighboring buildings, the cafe and restaurants below, food smells are present at times, but not constant or overwhelming. Typical of city apartment living.
Upon arrival you are trusted with a set of keys for the apartment. You can conveniently come and go as you please.
Clean linens and towels are provided and there is wifi internet available during your stay.
Thanks for taking the time to read through the entire listing and see what others are saying in the reviews, questions are welcome.

Bianca and Jose place was amazing. Will definitely visit again if they will have me
Located in the perfect little spot in Manhattan for tourists! Jose' let us into the unit early in the morning and we later met Bianca. Both are so friendly, helpful, and informative. They live upstairs in another unit so they are close by if needed. We actually never saw them after checking-in but I was able to text Bianca questions when needed! The unit itself was perfectly clean and charming. There is a kitchen with everything you need to make yourself at home. There were other guests staying as well but we never felt uncomfortable. Everyone was friendly and respectful of sharing the bathroom! Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller, and the MTA which will take you anywhere!
This was a lovely older building with lots of charm. Bianca is a gracious host, and my stay couldn't have been any better.
This was a very nice apartment, centrally located to everything in midtown. We walked easily to Times Square and to Rockefeller Plaza. Our hosts, Bianca and Jose were very warm. They were at the apartment to receive us and even helped with our luggage. This was our first time in New York so Bianca answered our many questions about activities and transportation. It was a very delightful experience.
Bianca and Jose are really nice people and were super accommodating to my husband and me. They allowed us to check in a couple hours early since the room wasn’t occupied the night before and met us at the door to help with our belongings. The room was perfect size for us with new sheets and towels! The bathroom was clean with good water pressure (that’s a must). Bianca and Jose also provided a couple toiletries in the bathroom if you forgot to bring them. Really sweet of them! The best part was the location of their apartment. Walking distance to pretty much everything, example: Time Square, Grand Terminal, subway stations. Overall our stay was good and I would recommend others to stay here! Good price and perfect location!
Thanks Bianca and Jose for being very accommodating! Wish nothing but the best for you guys!
Biance and Jose met me when I arrived and were very accommodating as I arrived mid-morning just to drop off luggage and head out. They have 2 AirBnB rooms side by side in their downstairs apartment, which I hadn't expected but which also wasn't an issue at all. I shared the bathroom and common space with their other guests. Bianca was responsive by text when I had questions and other than the first meeting I actually didn't see them the rest of my 3 day trip. The space was just as advertised. The room has no frills but was clean and nice for a few nights stay. I didn't spend much time in the common space but it looked very comfortable and welcoming. I believe previous guests mentioned that some noise outside kept them from sleeping soundly. While Bianca and Jose provided ear plugs, I slept without them and didn't have a problem at all. I would definitely stay there again - the cleanliness, friendliness, price, and location were just what I was looking for.
