Please note the following details about our listing:
✹✹Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 85 degrees for guests, with the pump/heater operating daily from 7AM/8AM to 5PM/6PM (season-dependent), aligning with or exceeding standard hotel practices. Should you desire a higher temperature, we can provide instructions for manual adjustment, subject to a $25/day fee to offset energy expenses. After each day's use, we kindly request resetting the temperature to 85 degrees and turning off the pump overnight to conserve energy✹✹
✹ Grill: Small $25 total FEE$ for usage
✹Guests may request shipping of their left-behind items. A minimum fee of $60, covering labor and shipping with tracking, applies. Depending on the size and shipping location, the fee may vary. Additional charges beyond the minimum fee are the guest's responsibility. The host will make reasonable efforts for safe delivery but is not liable for loss or damage✹

To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:
Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
