Perched above the marsh, on quiet Roanoke Island, this 1 bedroom/1 bath studio apartment, built in 2021, with a private porch and spectacular views is sure to be the Outer Banks getaway you have been searching for. This detached apartment with private access and reserved parking offers a full kitchen, outdoor grill, washer & dryer, the supplies needed to spend the day at the beach and a cozy fireplace for cooler OBX nights.

Other things to note
Due to the size of the space, only one dog is allowed. There is a $100 pet fee per visit that is non-refundable, please make sure to include your pet at checkout. A foldable dog bed, food/water bowls and mat are provided.
