The space
The apartment is located in the lively neighborhood of Cannaregio, just 10 minutes away from the train station and 15 minutes from Rialto bridge. Cannaregio is a typical venetian area, full of restaurants, bars, shops, yet authentic and frequented by residents of the city.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find the Ghetto of Venice, the Casinò and one of the oldest churches in Venice (Madonna dell'Orto, Gothic).
The apartment was completely refurbished in 2015. Great care was devoted to all the details of the redecoration.
The flat consists of a large double bedroom, living room with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchenette (2 electric rings, fridge, kettle, microwave).

The apartment is located near to various water-bust stops, offering most convenient connections to the train station, the bus station, the airport, and the Lido of Venice or Murano island. If you are interested in knowing how to reach any particular location in Venice, please write me and I will provide you with a map.

Pets are welcome, but please contact us for arrangements.

The cost for cleaning is fixed: it does not depend on the length of your stay. The cleaning of the kitchen and its utensils is responsibility of the guest.
Bed and kitchen linens, towels, table cloath will be available for you in the apartment.
Salt, sugar, oil, coffee, tea are already available in the kitchen.

The apartment overlooks a lovely canal away from the tourist crush, in a neat and lively neighborhood with some great bars and restaurants.
Far enough away from the really touristy areas, but easy walking to main attractions.
If you like good wine and beer, great food and great atmosphere you need only to step outside this apartment.
Many useful shops (grocery, supermarket, wine, baker, pharmacy and others) are at 1 minutes from the flat.
