There was a problem with this apartment when I showed up, so I was sent to another apartment that the hosts have in their portfolio.
I didn't get a chance to meet Emil, but everything was well arranged at the time that I arrived.
I got to the office (5 min by walking from the main station) to pick up the apartment's key and card.
The place is very organized, clean, neat and bright. It was perfect for our stay at Prague. The best way to get there, is by subway (Namesti Miru Station) and walk for 5 min.
I strongly recommend Emil's apartment.
Apartment is in a great location in the city of Prague. However, once inside you find out the apartment is just a small room that has a small kitchenette and a very small bathroom. The "apartment" needs some "tender loving care" (TLC). Its walls are not so clean, in fact they need to be painted, the apartment floor is all scuffed and needs polishing at best. The shower door does not shut completely so water leaks outside while taking a shower. Best features are that the apartment is located (email hidden) and it is very close to museums and shops.
Thank you very much for leaving a review!
You mentioned that the kitchen and bathroom are small. Our shower unit has a regular size that is big enough (1m x 1,5m). In terms of the kitchen, it is separate and full-equipped (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and dishwasher).
What is more, we did a painting last summer and we are planning to do it again this time (we usually do it once a year), but no lack of painting was spotted yet.
Concerning the floor, it is natural wood, so, no matter how hard we polish, it would not shine like a laminate.
One more time, I am really sorry that these issues did not let you enjoy one of the best cities in the world and thank you for your time!
Staying in the appartment over New Years was a good experience for us. They were very nice, gave us good directions, tips, told us what to avoid and were very friendly. It was a good start of Prague. The apartment wasn't too big but it had what was required and we had a nice bottle of champagne in our room which was nice. Overall i would definitely recommend this place to anybody else. They were nice, honest and informative. The apartment was good, clean and suited us fine. It was also not too far from center.
Good quality apartment in a convenient location
The 'Cozy Apartment' is perfectly located, within easy walking distance to all the major sights. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured on the AirBnB website. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and got back to me via email promptly every single time I had an inquiry. The airport pick-up service they offer is excellent and really made getting to the apartment and back to the airport a hassle free experience! Really great value!! Next time I travel to Prague (no doubt I will return, as this city is by far one of the most beautiful places I ever visited!) I will
certainly rent from Ilya/Anna again! I highly recommend this apartment or any of their other listings, as they were professional hosts who clearly work to please their guests!
This room was clean, big and had a nice kitchen and shower! We walked everywhere and only used a metro one time when we visited the Vysehrad Castle which was a little further out. Ilya and Anna were quick at responding to messages. We were ale to check-in a little early and they also arranged a taxi for us on our way back to the airport. The apartment was very safe and secure. My only advice is remember to scan the sensor to the door before you drop the keys and card in the mailbox when checking out, otherwise you are trapped in the building!
To check in, you need to go to the office which is 20 minutes walk from the actual apartment. The apartment is not as clean as in the photos. There're all kind of bugs on the bed. I saw a cockroach under the blanket, and a few mosquitoes flying around. Beside that the location is great.
The Cozy apartment was placed very central and was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a good place for the price!
When we arrived to the main station, we walked 5/10 minutes to the office where Anna gave us the keys, a map from the city, and a list of places to visit.
We walked then 15 minutes to the appartment which is quite good located : not far from the city center, but in a quiet neighborhood. The building is clean, with an elevator. The flat itself was also clean with a dish-machine. We were there in August, so it was quite hot, but far from suffocating ! The master bed and the small bed were also very comfortable.
The room was a little bit dark (no sky-light), but we were here to visit, not to stay in the flat !
The wi-fi connection worked really good (hot-spot inside the room).
It was perfect for our short stay (2 days) !
