-use of downstairs: living room, kitchen, own bathroom and patio

-complete control of HVAC
-use of modern appliances such as eco-friendly washer-and-dryer in one unit
-rental of a movie of your choice on AppleTV (sorry, no cable)
-let us know what you want to eat in advance and we'll get it for you
-If you're worried about safety due to Trenton's unfortunate reputation, rest assured that the building is very safe, and we have a garage with access to the building so you will never have to step foot onto the street.
The best attractions within a few blocks would be the Sun Bank Center ((email hidden)), the restaurant Trenton Social ((website hidden)), and the nightclub Ristorante Discoteca ((email hidden)). Or you could just stay in with us and we'll make all-fruit smoothies and order some great, authentic tacos!
Must be out by 6:45am on WEEKDAYS only.
I stayed a night at Tom and Shenita's before going to NYC. Tom kindly offered me a ride from Trenton airport and to the train station next morning, which made the visit very convenient. I also appreciate Shenita made the late night tea and prepared the breakfast set(Fruit and Cereals) and both of them. I was not accustomed to the air-bed, so I took the sofa instead and it was also very comfortable.
Although it was only one day, I felt the stay as home and surely I recommend Tom and Shenita's. Thank you.
It was perfect experience for me,Tom and Shenita were very friendly.
the room and the bath room were so clean, and the air bed was comfortable.
I recommend their home, because is cheaper than any hotel in the same area. and because of their friendly personality.
Nice accommodations at a good price compared to hotels in the area . Tom picked me up from the train station, found me a good place to eat and next morning gave me a ride to a different train station. How's that for customized service? Excellent!
Nice folks and nice accommodations at a good price. Other hotels in the area are very expensive or else very low ratings. They are a good alternative. They are also familiar with the area and places to eat, visit, etc.
It was a very quick and short stay but Tom was easy to reach, helpful with directions and the condo was nice and modern. There was available parking outside. To be recommended.
I stayed with them for a night and i had a great experience! The place was nice, bed was comfortable, they had everything I needed! I was supposed to take a cab from and to an airport that's at least an our away but Tom offered to pick me up and drop me off for a reasonable fee (way cheaper than taking a cab!).
They ar very flexible and accomodating! I highly recommend them!
Excellent hosts! Both very friendly and helpful. They offered to pick me up (I was on my bike so didn't take them up on this offer), but did feed me dinner AND breakfast AND even let me borrow a dab of toothpaste. The neighborhood could be best described as "up and coming", but there was no need to go out at night given the free AppleTV shows they offered.
Friendly without being overbearing - they both insisted on getting out of my way in the evening. Early-morning wake-up call with me staying on a weeknight. Check-out time varies between weekends and weekdays, so be sure to check with them.
Would definitely recommend for the next time your passing by the "Trenton Makes - The World Takes" bridge!
Absolutely friendly and nice hosts. They actually brought my brother to watch The Dark Knight Rises. They also picked my brother from a train station and dropped my brother to Rider University. Absolutely love their transportation service. :)
When I decided to head to Trenton for a wedding, the last accommodation I expected to book was AirBNB. But, Tom and Shenita have a great condo in the building where oyster crackers were invented. So, you definitely get a flavor of Trenton's industrial past. The downstairs is very comfortable and modern, with space for hanging out and your own bathroom.
Also, Tom was a consummate chauffeur, and there is real value in getting rides to/from the train station and to/from wherever you might be going. I was apparently the first guest, and they had everything working pretty well. Good luck guys!
