Our unique interpretation of a NYS sugar shack: All the sweetness comes from a combination of your own private luxurious mineral spa, a separate cabana with LoveSAC for lounging--and of course, the Tiny Home itself! Enjoy this VERY PRIVATE OASIS yet steps away from restaurants, brewery, shops, movie theater, galleries, parks.🍎 picking, oktoberfests, corn mazes. If you're looking for a double the sweetness experience, see The Honeydew--2 BR/2 BA (with private hot tub). Follow us @artparkhomes

Arthur was first inspired to renovate small & mobile dwellings when he was stationed in Italy as a Marine and living on the base in mobile homes. His entrepreneurial spirit and experience with upcycling over the years led him to take on The Art Park Project. Heidi grew up only a few miles north of Chatham in a German speaking household. The majority of her career she assisted an orchestra conductor with whom she traveled extensively and honed her musical skills. Heidi's always been passionate about hosting guests and creating experiences that delight others.

Together, Heidi and Arthur form a unique team as they transform the vintage mobile homes into unique and artistic dwellings with immersive environments. They have ambitious plans for the other homes that sit in Art Park. The first official "tiny" home arrived which they are calling the Sugar Shack with its very own "she-shed" and hot tub. Another larger "tiny" home is on its way and they hope to bring in a shipping container home as well. Their goal is for guests to be inspired and to take pleasure in the unexpected.
