Q: Is it close to public transit?
A: Extremely. If you are flying, take the MAX Red Line from the airport to Jeld-Wen field (just a few blocks from the apartment). Visit the Trimet website for more information, they have awesome trip planning tools.
Q: Is there parking?
A: Street parking is available. It is permit regulated, we provide the permit in the apartment. Simply display it in the rear window of your vehicle and you can park it on the street for a few hours or the length of your stay. You can always usually find parking within a couple blocks, but be mindful of hydrants, loading zones, etc.
Q: Are there walkable cafes, grocery stores, restaurants and bars?
A: This apartment is in the center of a very lively area. Please check out the map tab at the top of the listing for some of my recommended spots in the neighborhood. There are hundreds more though, so check out Yelp as well.

The apartment was in a great location. It is very comfy and has all the amenities one needs. It was a great airbnb experience.
We had an excellent stay. The apartment had everything we needed. Convenient location.
Everything about our stay at Brad's place was absolutely seamless. The instructions to get in were absolutely perfect, the place itself was immaculate and extremely comfortable, and it was just beautifully decorated. I would stay here without hesitation in the future. Thanks, Brad!
Great location and incredibly clean apartment. Small but comfortable. We were in town for a show at the Crystal Ballroom and the location of this apartment was perfect! We love Portland and can't wait to be back!
This place what great! Small but perfect for two. So many cool shops and restaurants within walking distance. We pretty much walker everywhere. The apartment was nice and clean felt very safe. A great first airbnb experience
This little apartment was decorated really cute and had all the creature comforts you could ever need. The location was great and it was really easy to get around either by walking or public transportation (really close to train station and bus stops). We had a great time staying here!
Brad's place was wonderful and exactly as described from photos and the listing. It was in a great location- very walkable and close to public transportation. We did not meet Brad during our stay but had everything that we needed. The studio is bigger than I expected and was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. It was plenty of space for two guests to enjoy! I'd highly recommend Brad's place.
I am an Oregonian, born and raised. I am the proud father to one (tabby). I attend Portland State University and work in property management. When I'm not doing either of those things, I'm stuffing my face, drinking local beer and staying fit (lie). Portland is the perfect city for these vices, we get along just fine.
