Q: Is it close to public transit?
A: Extremely. If you are flying, take the MAX Red Line from the airport to Jeld-Wen field (just a few blocks from the apartment). Visit the Trimet website for more information, they have awesome trip planning tools.

Super great apartment, perfect location, clean with lots of amenities - Really easy process as well. Brad was really accommodating and quickly replied to any issues. Great place!
Convenient, affordable and comfortable! Love this place and I would stay there again!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We had our dog with us and really felt at home. We brought alone towels and blankets to cover the nicely appointed furniture in the studio a must for our four legged family member. The location is the best. We ate dinners in - which we bought at the Whole Foods down the street. I was a little confused with the check in - but Brad responded in seconds.
I hope to visiting Portland again and hopefully can stay at Brad's wonderful home.
Great for the price! It was definitely one of the more affordable options in this location. It was very convenient to some cute/interesting neighborhoods. Bathroom was clean and modern (not something you get all the time in these older buildings). As some other reviewers have noted, there is a good amount of noise from the other people in the building. The street noise wasn't an issue at all, but the walls are very thin and the person above us was awake and walking around pretty much all night. Brad was very easy to get into contact with and made check-in/check-out easy.
Brad was great and very accommodating! The place was centrally located and clean and sweet! Highly recommended!
Everything was as advertised! The studio is in a fun old building. Very handy location for walking and exploring.
This was my first trip to Portland and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This apartment is the perfect location for exploring the best parts of the city. Burnside Ave, 21st & 23rd Aves, Downtown, and the Pearl. The apartment was just as cool as it looked in the photos. Brad left detailed information on everything I'd need to know about my stay (parking pass, laundry, trash, heat). Also this apartment has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The building is great. No noise from the street or from the neighbors. I researched a lot of "entire apts" in the area and this place has the best value.
A very unique and beautiful place to stay. My girl friend and I loved it a lot! You can tell the owner of the house lives very much by her heart. Location is great, easy to walk to downtown and lots of restaurants, although the neighborhood looks a bit sketchy during nighttime, which I guess is typical for downtown in every city. Communication with Brad is good too.
The apartment was great: clean, had everything you may need (from parking permit to hair dryer) and was within waking distance to most places.
Really nice place, would recommend it for sure.
Brad's apartment was clean and comfy. The location is great for getting around Portland on foot. He was very helpful answering any questions we had about things to do in the neighborhood and the communication was always very prompt. We would stay here again if we were coming through Portland. Thanks.
