Q: Is it close to public transit?
A: Extremely. If you are flying, take the MAX Red Line from the airport to Jeld-Wen field (just a few blocks from the apartment). Visit the Trimet website for more information, they have awesome trip planning tools.

A: Street parking is available. It is permit regulated, we provide the permit in the apartment. Brad was a great host. All messages were detailed and all questions promptly answered.
The studio is in a very accessible location to Enjoy Portland.
Great place, cozy, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown, the pearl district and the alphabet district. Really enjoyed my stay here.
We loved staying at Brad's! Perfect for 1-2 travelers who want to stay within walking distance of pretty much anywhere Downtown! It is close to bus and rail stops, and is also directly across the street from an Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which was tremendously convenient when we decided to rent a car for the day. The apt is cozy, but adorable with many thoughtful touches. Brad left a lot of great recommendations for restaurants/attractions, and there is no shortage of excellent places to explore within walking distance! I would absolutely recommend staying here , and hope to have the opportunity to return again, soon!
This apartment was better than we could have imagined. Beautifully decorated and just the right size for my husband and I, it was the perfect place for us to explore Portland. The access to TriMet was an easy walking distance, but a couple days we just walked to a lot of destinations. Our host was very prompt in responding to questions and exceedingly helpful when we accidentally left something behind. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment!
We found the studio to be just as described. Checking in was easy and the location was very convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions/restaurants we wanted to visit. A parking pass is provided and I would recommend that if you do drive that you park your car and leave it! Also, there is an air-condition window unit that cooled the studio down even during the heat wave that occurred during our visit.
We did not meet Brad but his email communication made it easy to access the flat which was perfect for our needs. It was in a great location and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The fixtures and fitting gave it a quirky character.
We had a great time at Brad's place. Fantastic location- easy walk through to Pearl, alphabet and downtown districts and Washington park.
The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Really comprehensive instructions were provided by Brad so no need to contact him for anything.
Would definite recommend.
About the Host, Brad
I am an Oregonian, born and raised. I am the proud father to one (tabby). I attend Portland State University and work in property management. When I'm not doing either of those things, I'm stuffing my face, drinking local beer and staying fit (lie). Portland is the perfect city for these vices, we get along just fine.
