About This Listing
I'd love to welcome you in my charming home in the center of Paris, in the 10th district (arrondissement), on a tranquil square overlooking the church St Vincent de Paul.
The flat is very bright, and covers 226 feet sq (21 m2). It comprises one room, a small kitchen (with washing machine, electric hob, refrigerator and small oven), a shower room/toilet and a corridor with fitted cupboards. You'll have some storage room. Situated on the 7th floor with elevator. There is WIFI internet access. Clean sheets and towels are provided.
My place is close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est main train stations, Gare du Nord being the station where all trains coming from Paris airports CDG and Orly stop, as well as Thalys and Eurostar trains. You'll have 4 metro lines serving every possible Paris neighborhood within 3 minutes walking distance, as well as the RER (suburban trains) lines B, D and E.

Nicole is a very warm hearted and caring person. She help me in all my needs and given my many tips on where to visit and places to eat. The place is located near metro station and its a cosy and lovely place to stay during my 7 nights in Paris. She even meet me at train station to bring me to the apartment and also sent me off at the train station too to guide me to board the train to airport. I had a wonderful experience in Paris!
I stayed in the apartment from 7 to 30 July. Nicole and Anne are very friendly and helpful- they gave me a lot of information about Paris, restaurants, markets etc.
The apartment is very clean, tidy and very cosy. There are all the things you need including a fridge, a small electrican oven, a cook.
There are two views from the windows of the apartment. The view from the small window in the corridor looks out over the whole Paris: you can see the Eiffel Tower, The Invalides, Notre-Dam de Paris, the Opera and The Sacre-Coeur at the same time.
The place is very calm and suitable for light-sleepers. It's very close to a metro station and 10 minutes from the Gare du Nord. Moreover, the location is 15 minutes by foot from the Sacre-Coeur and 15 minutes by metro from the Musée du Louvre. Recommended!
I stayed at Nicoles place for a month. The location is great --very close to Guard de Nord and also with in easy walking distance of lots of cool places as well as lively nightlife if thats what your into. At night I would run from the apartment to Sacre Coeur in about 10 min to admire the fews across Paris.
The apartment block itself if pretty quite -oposite a lovely church and a tiny green space and as a light sleeper I slept well there which was a relief as I have had some very noisy sleeping experiences in Paris before ! The space is certainly compact but has a real charm which I loved and was pretty much everything I needed for my stay.
There was a problem with the internet to start with as it was not a secure connection but since then a wifi box has been installed and no problem at all which was a huge relief to me as staying alone for so long I felt cut off without it.
Nicole and Anne are both very nice and approachable . I recommend Nicoles flat and would be happy to stay again.
The apartment is in a good position near Gare du Nord and Nicole was very helpful with information about Paris and advice. Definitely recommended.
me and my girlfriend had a great time in Nicole's place. It totally met our expectations so it means that all what is written about the place is quite accurate. The place was clean when got there and there was no problem with keys. Nicole and Judith were very helpful. We will definitely look back at her place if we go back to Paris.
Good location which near the metro station ! With lots of supermarket & restaurants :D Nice place to stay
Nicole's place was clean and tidy. Nicole herself was very professional and welcoming. - The good thing was the place was very close to Gare Du Nord and there was an elevator. The bathroom in the picture is misleading -as it was bit too small for a couple, especially since the bathroom sink WAS the kitchen sink (i.e. there is no bathroom sink) and there was no door between the bathroom and the kitchen even though they were right next to each other . Additonally, you can barely bend in the shower and again, there was no door, just a curtain. Finally, the wi-fi was not a secure wi-fi and would go in and out intermittently. The place is old-style and charming, although, in our opinion, should not have charged $70/night.
