I did not end up staying at the adobe, but Lezle was great about understanding and accommodating me. My pup was a little too interested in her cats but the casita was very charming. Thanks, Lezle!
We only stayed with Lezle one night. The casita is very comfortable. It is a short walk to some museums and a very nice park - just what we needed after a full day of driving!
The beds are futons but very comfortable. Their is a big tv and a fireplace (that we didn't have time to use). We did sit in the hot tub for a bit - that was a bonus!
The kitchen is not a full kitchen, but you do have a mini-fridge, burner, and a microwave.
Lezle herself was very nice. She gave us directions to the park and helped us out when we were out of Ziploc baggies for leftovers.
The casita is behind the house, and it is very quiet.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay with her again if I was in the area.
Lezle was the perfect hostess. She greeted us, showed us the amenities of her casita, guided us in our travels, and checked in periodically to see if we need anything. Her casita is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is a bit small and the shower a bit tricky, but the casita is extremely well-located. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!
Lezle was very flexible with our late arrival. She was very welcoming. She gave us a tour of the place and guided us on how to use the different amenities. So we were able to enjoy the fire place and the hot tube. Her casita is very nice and comfortable. She also advised us some breakfast places and provided us useful guidance for a breaking bad tour. We will recommend this Airbnb to anybody traveling in the area!
Lezle is the perfect hostess. Her place is so unique and in such a great location with private off-street parking. And, it's so close to the best Mexican restaurant I've eaten in this year. Enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. VERY highly recommend staying here. Plenty of room. Very homey. Note that you are sleeping on futons. Comfortable for futons, so don't let that scare you away, but be aware of this when booking. Short-notice booking was most appreciated. You'll enjoy your stay here.
Lezle's casita is so very beautiful and full of New Mexico charm! Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and private. This fire place and hot tub were welcomed features on a cold night and Lezle was very welcoming! I'd stay here again!
Such a cool place! I met Lezle briefly; she was really laid back and helpful. I was only here for a night, but if I were to make it back to abq, I'd definitely want to stay here again.
Lezle was a great host. The casita was very nice and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was an amazing New Mexican restaurant down the street which Lezle had informed us of in her information book that was waiting for us in the room. She also taught my girlfriend how to build a proper fire so this experience will help us for years to come. Don't hesitate to book this place, you won't regret it. This is definitely where I'll be staying anytime I come back to Albuquerque.
Although my husband and I weren't able to make it out to NM, Lexle really handled our reservation cancelation in a very efficient and professional manner. We've bookmarker her place and hope to make it out there sometime!
Lezle was a wonderful host and her guest house was really welcoming and private. the use of the jacuzzi was a real bonus for this touring musician! i would love to stay again when i'm next in town... i would highly recommend Route 66!
